I am extremely unhappy with Best Buy and their Geek Squad installation crews at this time. I had an install scheduled for 8:40am at our lake house. I was told I would receive a two hour window 24 hours prior which I did not and I received no call from the technician. I was caught in traffic on 75 North and was going to be about 10 to 15 minutes late. When I arrived there was a door sign stating that Sam and Logan arrived at 8:33 and waited until 8:53am. I arrived at 9:07am. If they would have called they would have known I was only a few minutes away. I drove an hour and a half here to meet them! I was told the number they had was disconnected (they called a old home number) which I do not understand. I gave the salesperson the numbers they were suppose to call to contact me directly. I did not receive a call. I have been a loyal Best Buy customer for 30+ years, I think everything should have been done to contact me before leaving. I spent over 5000 dollars and this is the service that I received. I cancelled the order and I will find my television elsewhere. This has been truly disappointing and I hope this is not a sign of hoe Best Buy plans to do business in the future.

Never buying here again. I paid $400 for an LG monitor in August that started to go flaky a few days ago. Took it back to Best Buy Plano and was told (with a bit of 'tude) the return policy was 14 days and there was nothing they could do for me. 14 days?! Buy from crutchfield.com. Better prices, free shipping in two days, and 60 day return policy for any reason. Fantastic US-based customer service. A real person after punching one digit! Outside of the 60 days they will work with you on a solution. They actually want to keep their customers. Should have done that in the first place.

Just tried to buy a washer and dryer. We get home and they signed us up for for an annual membership that automatically renews for $179. Took us hours the next day to cancel the sale and I I still need to call a number to really cancel the automatically renewing annual membership in never agreed to pay for. Went to Lowe's and saved $200 on the purchase. Complete chaos that resulted in Best Buy taking what was never agreed to. Never again.

Big Alert !! NEVER EVER buy a TV from Best Buy they never tell you that TVs are not cover for physical damage, they will sale you the total tech membership without telling you this. So buy it for Amazon or another company that have better warranty programs.

Wonderful experience....in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had gone in to buy a specific kitchenaid mixer that I saw online. I fully expected not to find it in the store. Not only was it available, I didn't have to lift a finger. The wonderful gentleman that was helping me carried it to the counter for payment and then insisted on bringing it to the curbside for me since it is a big heavy machine. Excellent experience all in all. Thank you Best Buy. I have been a loyal shopper for years and will continue to be one.

They have done a huge remodel of this location and it was much needed. The space is cleaner and laid out much better. They don't carry all the kitchen items that took up much of the space. They did not have the monitor I was in need of but they checked with the Allen location and found they had several of what I needed. Thanks Kyle for the help!

Cannot believe how bad it has gotten. There's about 5 products in the store and everything else is shipped. There's little reason to go to the store any more unless you know they have something you want. You have to find someone to get help. They can be 10 feet away and will not ask if you need help. Once we got some help, they were pleasant and helpful, but the handoff to delivery was not pleasant. If they can't stock items on display, they should at least make it more convenient. I was with my 95 yr old Mom to get a Microwave and they didn't have it in stock and were going to deliver for free. We asked for consideration because of her age, but the Geek Squad scheduled it for 7:00am to 11:00am, and she was the first drop right at 7:00am. They didn't call her or me beforehand, as promised, so I could meet them there. My Mom had gotten up to prepare for them, and said she heard some scratching and movement at the front door that scared her, and when she opened it, an Asian man was standing there and said something she couldn't understand. They brought the unit in, no paperwork to sign, just dropped it, took a picture and left. We are taking it back because of unrelated problems with the unit, but I won't be buying from Best Buy any more. Very sad what has happened to them. It appears wokeness has overtaken them, too, and destroyed what they once were, as it does to everything.

We had an excellent experience here, mostly thanks to Casey. We stopped in to browse appliances and compare prices options against the other big box stores. We didn't need to go anywhere else after our time here. Casey was extremely knowledgeable with both the products and the sales/incentives/plans that were going to save us money. He very thoroughly explained our options and how they compared to what we saw and heard at other stores. It quickly became obvious that Best Buy was the best choice. We ended up buying a washer/dryer and a fridge, and by getting the credit card and the total tech membership, and buying during a good sale, we saved a ton of money and got hundreds of dollars in reward points to use next time. The delivery dates were originally quite a ways out but Casey gave us a call to let us know the items came in earlier then expected. The delivery process was painless. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will be returning to this location!

Lmfao it amazes me how employees of a company can see the ship sinking and just stand around with their thumbs up their rears. Won't jump ship but won't do anything to save said ship either! Bestbuy on the verge of bankruptcy and the mobile girl all Huff n puff n condescending! If I saw the sign I wouldn't even be bothering you... her entire vibe to customers was off and she just rubbed me the wrong way.. I used to work for Bestbuy mobile department and her attitude showed she only care about doing phone activations since that what the employees get a bonus on. If I wasn't getting a phone activated she was offended I even stopped her conversation.

Came in during the Labor Day weekend (2022) after spending the past couple of days browsing for appliances between different retailers. This Best Buy is noticeably smaller than the others we've been to in the past. Half of the store was converted into a fulfillment center. There is still a lot of items on the floor to look at. Casey greeted us and showed us the different appliances that were available on the floor. We took our time browsing the store, and was thankful he wasn't pushy like most of the people working at other retailers. We decided to order with Best Buy and Casey was amazing! He kept us up to date via a quick phone call with when the deliveries were coming in and made sure we were prepared. Best Buy also does an amazing job with email notifications of when your oder will come in. Our washer and dryers came in way ahead of schedule, which was a nice surprise. The delivery and installations went smoothly!

There's like 50 employees and there weren't even customers and nobody dared to seem to even care even though I looked like I needed help finding items. From the walk-in the person at the door seemed to be ready to welcome the customer in except once he saw me and same walking out. I don't care about any of this but literally what are these employees paid for if your just paying them hourly wages to be under A/C with no one caring to help.

Best Buy is a shell of what it was...really don't understand why they have brick @ mortar stores? This location has very sparse inventory. My purchase had to be delivered...Mr. Loss was my salesman, did a great job! Once he pulled up my account, I pointed out the address was not correct, he changed it and I checked the POS screen, correct. When I got home I reviewed my email receipt and the wrong address still was present. I tried calling the store, but that is not possible, calls go to centralized call center, after over an hour on the phone C/S could not change the address and my purchase was off to the wrong address. I did go back in this location for a refund. I done w/BB...
