This is the worst Marshall’s I’ve ever been in. The men’s section was completely empty - except the mound of dust in the picture from the vents that aren’t cleaned apparently. Completed disorganized in the store - not really even shoppable in the clearance aisle or shoes.

I like to shop at Marshall, but this particular location in fitting rooms has a very rude male employee. I will not use this store for any shopping that requires trying on.

Lady on the phone would not answer my question and even though I asked nicely to redirect me to the home department she rudely said “Okay, bye bye” and hung up on me. Horrible service

Store smells like piss. Like someone's great grandfather with a urostomy bag slipped and fell down....causing the bag to burst with the piss droplets dispersing in the air. I left and went to another store.

So I can say this, they have a lot of clothes for women, but pretty much nothing for men and boys. They also have a pretty good selection of luggage to choose from & home decor, but if you come here looking for men's graphic t-shirts like I am right now, you're not going to find anything. Go to burlington.

This location is in the richest part of town, and yet every time I go, it smells like urine BAD. The staff is also disconnected and uninterested. I’d rather drive further to Lewisville or Dallas, as those stores are always great. Hopefully the GM, RM, or DM reads this and does something (at minimum) and the awful smell at this store off preston.

the store itself is fine but restrooms are horrendous you can tell they don’t do regular check ins. there’s urine and toilet paper all over the floor that gets stuck on your shoes. i saw literal excrement on the wall, toilet seat, and floor. there’s never been a time where the restrooms are ever slightly clean at this location but today they were absolutely disgusting!!

They may have recently brought on a new manager. Then they treat customers badly and with racism.
First, the fitting area had a pleasant woman. My mom and I visited there a month ago, and they switched to an extremely slooooooow and impolite gentleman, but ONLY with us since we are ASIAN? He insisted repeatedly that the rules only permitted ten items per person and that we were not permitted to bring store stuff inside unless it was our personal items. I respect the store's policy, but his attitude was that he checked EVERY item, and he only gave us permission to bring ten goods until I mentioned my mom and me. He had TWO INDIVIDUALS in front of him; DIDN'T HE NOTICE THAT? Then he acted quite differently toward the white women who were behind us. He greeted them warmly, laughed with them, and then swiftly let them go. He became slooooooow again when we checked out.
Second, I went there two weeks ago to return a few things that had RECEIPTS and PRICE TAGS on them inside a 30-DAY PERIOD. Immediately after checking all of my belongings, VANESSA, the cashier, proceeded to speak with a manager without telling me anything. Then they walked straight towards me, and the manager said, "Okay. LET'S CHECK." They looked over everything I had and pretended that I had attached a high price tag to a cheaper product. The manager checked that the goods’ price tag matched the product and walked out without saying hello or offering an explanation. VANESSA keeps making her obnoxious return. I was entitled to a cash refund because I made my payment in cash. VANESSA gave me money with force, acting as though I had stolen it.
Ironically, management and staff don't realize that their job is to service customers, not to pretend that they are cutting costs for the business. If they continue to treat clients like "thieves" in an attempt to reduce expenses, they will probably lose revenue as well.

I usually shop here. However, I remember being treated very bad by one of the managers a few months ago just because I was doing an exchange and I didn’t have the price tag, instead of saying we cannot do an exchange without the price tag. He was very rude at me saying how do you pretend to exchange something without the price tag, even though I kept my receipt, the wording and attitude was very offensive.
