Good luck getting your account cancelled. You cannot do it through any other means than in person. However, apparently that does not work either as I have been in there twice to cancel. The last time was two months ago, at that time I was told that it was most definitely cancelled. I just received a text message that I had a new session on my account. Weird, since I was told in January that it was cancelled (it is March now). Do not ever sign up for the yearly contract. Just pay month to month if you have to.Edit: As it turns out, it appears that the people working at this location are not aware of the cancellation process. Apparently, there is a form that I had to sign that no one told me about on the TWO visits I made to cancel and to make sure it really and truly with sugar on top was cancelled. The last time I was absolutely positively assured that it was done, and I would not be charged again. Here I am $80 lighter and just now finding out there is a form to sign. Awesome.

Got a massage w/ Spencer and it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Very respectful and professional. Focused on the spots I asked him to. Pressure was perfect. He checked in to make sure everything felt okay throughout the massage. Will definitely go back to him.

My mom bought a membership that she has never used and will never use due to her advanced age and physical and mental difficulties. Alicia listened to me and cancelled my mom’s membership plus is allowing me to use her credits. That’s going above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

I almost didn’t choose this location based on the reviews but it was the closest and I went for it. I’m glad I did! I have been dealing with lower back pain for months and see a chiropractor regularly but it was still constant. James listened to my concerns and knew exactly what to do. I can’t say this was the relaxing fall asleep massage type but that’s not what I needed. He got all the pressure points and I had instant relief. Like, wow! I had a gift card for my birthday and some of the other locations wouldn’t honor the intro rate for a massage. The call center does try to upsell you, just say no. I also declined the not so heavy push for membership at the end but after thinking about how great I feel, I’ll be going back to sign up. Everyone was nice and the place was clean. Give them a try and go see James!

This place has really gone downhill under new management in the last year or so. They have outsourced their call center to some horrible place who makes it very difficult to schedule and always tries to upsell you. In addition, they've added a new market adjustment rate which means they charge an extra $10 every time I go to get a massage. I have been a massage envy member for more than 5 years and I just canceled my membership recently

If you are paying for a membership, entitling you to a session each month, and you schedule to use one… you better hope you do not have any emergency come up- Covid test, car accident or any other event. They will cheat you of your session. Heartless company of thieves.

NEVER TAKE THE MEMBERSHIPI cant get out of it because I am not 25 miles away from it. Thats the only way you can get out if the membership, you have to pay for a full year even if you cant go anymore for other reasons. I am almost on my knees pleading to cancel it and they refuse, I made a mistake 8 months ago, not even taking the services anymore and they cant sympathize with that. Only took 2 massages from them after the membership but they dont care. AGAIN DO NOT TAKE THE MEMBERSHIP EVEEER.

The best massage envy location I've ever been to! I highly recommend James. Reasonably priced, good quality, and good customer service at this location.

Very disappointed.Masseuse was falling asleep and I was very uncomfortable the whole time. I woke her up several times and asked her if she was okay and then I had to keep the conversation going so she won’t fall asleep. When I went to pay I told them what happened, all three ladies didn’t say a word and manager lifted her tablet like she was busy. I regret going there and wasting the money.

What a great place! Patty was amazing and she was able to work my shoulder out so that I could move it again. Ask for Patty!

A complete waste of a birthday gift certificate. So disappointing. At the time of scheduling my massage, I told the receptionist, Gwen, I would like a 60 minute full body massage. Upon arrival I filled out a questionnaire answering my focal points of the massage: shoulders, neck, and feet. My massage was 60 minutes and upper body only. When I brought this to Gwen, the receptionists, attention and expressed my feedback of having better communication from reception to the therapists she found the conversation comical and was smirking which was a pretty distasteful experience. Her responses were coupled with laughter and truthfully that was very disappointing and lacked a significant amount of professionalism.I will not be returning to this location nor will I advise anyone to spend their time or energy with this facility. I was charged the same price as a full body massage when in fact I only received an upper body. I plan on forwarding this complaint to management Monday morning to see if their response is similar to their receptionists.Would not recommend. Save your time and energy and look into Hand Stone and Spa right down the street for a better experience and streamline communication.

I wasn't sure what to think. My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas. I was nervous. James was excellent. I set up another appointment for February to get another massage. I'm going to try to get a massage every few months or so. And starting today, I'm going to stretch for five minutes and then work out for 30 minutes every Monday through Thursday. New year, new me. Growth.
