We always have food missing only go back because I don't have a car. When you call no one answer the phone and I have lost money on this place spent money for food one meal missing I did not eat that night ? the inside is some what clean, because of one person wish I knew her name to put her in this. But I'm white and the amount of inappropriate language in Spanish ( yo habla) how the managers talk to the other employees the only white lady I seen cleaning is not ok.that manager should be the one on her knees to clean down there and I only say this because it's not right to speak to an employee in different language with fawl language. If I had a vehicle going there would not even come in my head I would go to the one on coit and George Bush. They have such great people there.

I usually have great delivery service but they forgot the sausage which was 1/2 of my order of pancakes and sausage.

Place seemed pretty clean that's why the 4 stars for atmosphere, everything else was horrible. 1st when I first ordered the 2c no onions (quarter pounder w/cheese deluxe) I got the quarter pounder w/cheese, no veggies at all only pickles. Fine, so I went back and they were nice about the mistake and asked if I wanted them to remake it so I said yes, all still cool. When I got the burger back, I noticed that it was the same burger just with the veggies and mayo thrown on. Last I checked "remake" meant new burger. Also fine, whatever, a little off putting but I paid for it so I was gonna work through that and just eat it. The part that killed it for me was when I picked up the burger and was about to take a bite that I noticed something brown on the bottom of the bun. I dug it out to take a closer look and it's a dead roach that was baked into the bun. Those buns are shipped pre-made to the store, I know, I've worked fast food and my husband worked at McDonald's many years ago, I doubt that procedure has changed. That being said, I will never eat at any McDonald's ever again and I hope the world sees this post

The play area is really nice compared to other McDonald's I've been to. They have a touch screen with free video games for the kids or adults lol. I've never seen it at another fast food restaurant before. It might be old or cheap games, but it's something different.Kid-friendliness: The best play area for kids I've seen at any McDonald's. I recommend this location if you take your kid(s) to dine-in.
