Service was just OK. I had to stand at the counter for a long time before I would even get acknowledged. No I don’t like to use the kiosk to order because it’s more effort for me. The inside had only been open that morning for about 45 minutes and there was already, some receipt on the ground number tense both outside and inside on tables. The bathroom was in pretty good shape but there was something in the wall urinal and there was a Band-Aid in the sink. I sat there for maybe 45 minutes and only one person went into the bathroom, and that was employee. When I went to leave, I went to the bathroom one more time and the bandage was still in the sink and the piece of trash was still in the wall urinal. There were some tables that needed to be wiped down. It looked like there was a cursory effort after closing to straighten the place up, but not a thorough cleaning of the floor and the table top.It is what it is. I rarely go inside of McDonald’s anymore. The food that I get from McDonald’s is for the most part the food I expect, and the food I pay for.If you’re leaning your cleaning guys. You can do better.

1 Chicken nugget meal. Will tell you to pull through drive through to help their numbers and hit their bonus but 10 min later they’ve forgotten about you. Then you have to literally go inside and wait to get a refund. You will leave with no food and 10 min wasted. Save your time go

Morning crew: outstanding service. Food always hot and freshAfternoon: same as morningEvening: terrible service, food always cold and taste old, fries are never fresh and usually stale, and staff are always joking and playing around in the speaker and behind the registers.

Service is pathetic.Drive thru, you place an order, go home to find it's totally different.This happened several times.At the window they are so much in a hurry, to even check your order.

I doubt it will do much good leaving a review for McDonalds. I haven't been to one in 4 years, until recently. This one, is on my way home. The 1st order they actually got right! 2nd order, they gave me a Double Cheese burger instead of a Double Big Mac, but charged me for the Double Big Mac. 3rd order they got right although the fries were only 2/3 full. 4th order, today, I waited 20 minutes for my order, before I went in from the mobile order space. When someone finally came to the counter, I asked about my order, telling him that it had now been over 20 minutes. He walked over and picked up a bag that had been sitting on the counter (for who knows how long) and said that they didn't know who the order belonged to. Apparently a car parked in the mobile orders spot was not a clue he could process. The food was all cold. The fries were filled a little less than two thirds and all the sauce was on the back half of the sandwich. I don't know if I am done with McDonalds, but I will never go back to this one. With prices what they are, and employees making so much more money than they were before COVID, there is no reason 50% of the orders should be messed up.

Used the app to order. Had to wait a few minutes to get our order, but everything was right, and the fries were hot.

This was one of the first mcdonalds to get the then experimental McCafe back in the day. You cannot even imagine how good they were back then. The quality of the coffee and concentration in the drinks was insane. Nowadays the frappes taste like watery milkshake slushies. Back in the days they had the big n tasty for $1 and the fruit n yogurt parfait for $1 and was probably the size of a todays medium drink when it first dropped. Also the mcwraps and snack wraps.Now it looks like a dungeon inside.

Unfortunately most of the employees don’t speak English. Usually this is no big deal. Today I ordered a coffee with chocolate syrup in the drive through. The person who took my order clearly doesn’t speak fluent English and literally could not understand what I said when I was saying “chocolate syrup”. At the window there was no chocolate syrup in my cup and I let him know. This individual goes out of his way to tell me that i don’t know what I’m talk about and that I didn’t say that. He refuses to put chocolate syrup in the cup. In the US we have a pretty clear “customer is always right” principle, which I’m quite familiar with considering I myself have worked in fast food. This man continued to tell me I had no idea what I was even saying and belittled me. These employees need to learn English

My friend and I absolutely hated the new computerized system of our menu selection. Took way longer than being helped by a person and was very confusing. I will not go back to that McDonald's. My food was bland and my decaf coffee had no flavor whatsoever. Also you cannot make a selection for senior coffee at a discounted rate.
