“Shelby very helpful professional and kind. I didn’t understand making an appointment for drop off but Shelby took the time to help me get thru the process. Her manager was very helpful too. I couldn’t get thru your phones and couldn’t find the answer. It’s so nice to have a person who can help. We need customer service back instead of a machine and Shelby and her manager proved there is still customer service when you can talk face to face. They are an asset to Quest. Thank you”

“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. I have had a positive experience overall with SurScan, and I appreciate their professionalism.

“I had a really positive experience at this location. Check-in was quick and efficient, and I was called back almost immediately. The phlebotomist was incredibly kind, explained everything she was doing, and made the entire process smooth and painless. I’ve had difficult blood draws in the past, so I truly appreciated her professionalism and calm approach. I’m very grateful for such a pleasant experience and would absolutely return to this location.”
“No complaints here. I had to submit to a urinalysis on the request of my term life insurance policy which resulted in two visits. The life insurance company scheduled all the appointments on my behalf. Overall, clean office with a small waiting area and tucked away at the western end of the U-shaped office building. The lady that gathered the samples was pretty social and humorous, and I appreciate her personality. Each visit lasted maybe 15 minutes at most. Don't forget your driver's license when you're on your way out!”

“Came in on Thursday but didn’t have my order In hand lady at the front said she could not help me because I had to many test. Another light skin lady came up front while I was standing there and said how can I help you I explained my issue and she said no problem I can help you give me 3 to 5 mins to find test codes and then called me back she was amazing very gentle and spoke so highly of the most high 10/10. I think her name was April”

“I would highly recommend this lab. The staff and the lab tech were very professional. My doctor's order with my data was already sent in to the lab. I just walked in around 8.30 am and checked in and there was no one waiting. It took me less than 20 minutes getting in and out. Results were available at my doctor's office the next day. Very nice location, clean lab, not much traffic around that area, and plenty of parking space.”

“Had to get a couple of labs drawn this week and labcorp has been miles better than the rest. The nurses were timely, polite, and skillful. The prices for self pay were also very reasonable. Will be back here for my next one for sure!”
“The staff were supportive, kind and incredibly skilled. My small rolling veins are notoriously difficult to stick. Hospital nurses always have to use an ultrasound machine. They never can start IV without one. The staff at this quest location, took a couple of tries, but got the blood draw my doctor needed. They were pleasant, funny, encouraging, warm — everything you could hope for in a care provider. And it was at the very end of the day, when they should’ve been tired and eager to go home. But I felt like all of their attention was on me, and that they were trying their very best to take good care of me. I could not imagine a more wonderful team of women taking better care of me. They were truly fantastic. One of the phlebotomist was Ashley, another had a super cool name that I can’t remember, and I think the supervisor was Alma. Please find out who they are, and give them the respect they deserve. They were truly wonderful.”
