“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. “No complaints here. I had to submit to a urinalysis on the request of my term life insurance policy which resulted in two visits. The life insurance company scheduled all the appointments on my behalf. Overall, clean office with a small waiting area and tucked away at the western end of the U-shaped office building. The lady that gathered the samples was pretty social and humorous, and I appreciate her personality. Each visit lasted maybe 15 minutes at most. Don't forget your driver's license when you're on your way out!”

“Came in on Thursday but didn’t have my order In hand lady at the front said she could not help me because I had to many test. Another light skin lady came up front while I was standing there and said how can I help you I explained my issue and she said no problem I can help you give me 3 to 5 mins to find test codes and then called me back she was amazing very gentle and spoke so highly of the most high 10/10. I think her name was April”

“I would highly recommend this lab. The staff and the lab tech were very professional. My doctor's order with my data was already sent in to the lab. I just walked in around 8.30 am and checked in and there was no one waiting. It took me less than 20 minutes getting in and out. Results were available at my doctor's office the next day. Very nice location, clean lab, not much traffic around that area, and plenty of parking space.”

“Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky, but I’ve been here twice as a walk-in and both times I received compassionate, professional service within 15 minutes of arriving.
They’ve never missed a vein, were very considerate of my needle phobia, and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate how comfortable they made me feel.
I’d especially like to mention the kind gentleman who drew my blood—he was gentle, patient, and very reassuring. Because of this consistently positive experience, I will definitely continue returning to this location for my lab work.”
“The lady (Jbria) who drew my blood was fantastic. I was in for a fasting glucose 3 hour test and you were out of the glucose drink. Rather than having to come back she called her team lead and was able to leave and get the right sized drink for me. This took an exra 30 minutes but saved me a ton of time and I needed the test done for a Dr appointment next week. She really took the initiative and took care of me.”
