“I had a horrible 9 months experience with Numotion. Left them with all the paperwork completed, but no custom K5 chair. I went to another company in the Dallas area and got my chair in a reasonable amount of time. It needed a lot of adjustments that they couldn't figure out. They weren't knowledgeable about custom chairs because they sold retail off the floor mainly. I had my chair and couldn't use it. They just wanted me to go away. I was referred to Scooters and More. The ATP, Zach Bevans, is amazing with his knowledge. He worked on my new chair and Voila, I can ride it now. If I'd only known from the beginning I wouldn't have wasted so much time. A year later after I started this process is finally over. Thanks again, Zach.”
