It was more than a pleasure to work with Michael. He made it a point to sit down and listen to us. He took the ideas that we had and gave us a final product that was more than what we could have even imagined. Michael was very easy to work with and really is great at his craft. I would use him again for future products and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to do a project, small or large. There are no regrets.

We asked Memar Interiors to replace our shower and refinish the front staircase. Both jobs were done on schedule and on budget, and the workmanship was excellent. The shower was waterproofed TWICE! It will never leak! The staircase finish is as smooth as silk and better than new. Great jobs, and great people to work with!

I wanted to build another double garage on my property to accommodate future anticipated cars that I will be owning. I was surprised at the many details that had to be addressed in dealing with the city of Benbrook and our Homeowner’s Association. The toughest details and meetings were invariably well handled by Memar Interiors for the duration of our project. Even better, Memar consistently made suggestions of things I had not thought of that improved my garage such as gutters to protect the foundation, having a wide large window at the rear of the garage to bring in natural light(see photo), adding horizontal windows as well to the right side of the garage door to also bring in more light and add an artistic touch, and lastly installing a beautiful 7’ long German cabinet for excellent storage and workspace. Memar flawlessly orchestrated a variety of experts in framing the garage, laying the bricks, installing the garage door, insulating and painting the walls and attic, and even having his own father figure out how to install the intricate lock on the side door. A most professional job!

We did a full kitchen and 7 bathroom remodel with Memar Interiors. We have been incredibly happy with the quality of work and the attention to detail. Michael is not only an excellent GC, but he was also able to provide us with a number of design suggestion which catapulted our project to another artistic and aesthetic level. I would highly recommend Memar Interiors for interior remodels.

I purchased a 60 years old house in Preston Hollow Dallas, Which needed lots of work.
I interviewed seven different contractor and Memar interior gave me the best design and best price.
The owner of Memar interior is Architect, and it helps us tremendously with our new house.
We end up remodeling the whole house and Add an additional 2300 square footage to the house.
One of the area I was very happy with Memar Interior compared to any other contractors I worked before, He always had 2 or 3 different Group working in different project in the house.
He finished the house in timely matter And I wouldn’t be happier with the result.
I already referred them to two of my friends, and they are happy with the result too.

Michael remodeled our builder grade primary bath from 1999 into a beautiful modern bathroom and we are very pleased with the results. He was patient with product selection and addressed any questions or issues we had in a timely manner. We definitely recommend Memar Interiors!

Michael did another great job for us -- this time a mini kitchen refresh replacing our wall oven and putting in shelving. It blends in with the rest of the kitchen so well, that it looks like it was designed that way from the beginning!

Not a man of integrity- don't use him for anything. Purchased a $2K door from him & he gave me the wrong swing after repeatedly confirming it was right. He refused to bring me the correct door. Lied multiple times saying he didn't have a truck. Then changed the story he could deliver to one address but not the other. Imagine using him for a large project & he makes an error-- zero self accountability. Unethical.

Michael remodeled the kitchen in our 1972 home. We are very happy with the results. It was a complicated room to open up to the living room, so we had a company remove some walls and put in new long headers. Michael came in after that and took care of closing up the walls, the plumbing, electrical, cabinets, countertops, etc. He was very patient with me as I made decisions on things, as I wanted a very customized design and not an off-the-shelf look. He was thorough and explained things very well, he was a good listener and made appropriate suggestions. He let me be as involved as I wanted to be, so it was like a partnership which I really appreciated. I've worked with contractors/remodelers who aren't interested in your thoughts about things.
