Outstanding gym! Excellent hardcore equipment. Open 24/7 for members and easy to purchase a day or week pass for visitors. Ron is the owner and is onsite every day and is incredibly helpful and friendly. Cable attachments are organized and easy to find. Cages are fully equipped with plates, bars and clamps. Super free weight section with old school weights! Excellent outdoor area for lifting/lunges/sprints! Private posing room with all angles of mirrors and lighting. Preworkout drinks and protein drinks/snacks are plentiful and available for purchase at the front desk. I can’t say enough about this gym. It was so great to visit today that I decided to join before I left! Give MetroFlex Plano a visit! You'll be glad you did!

Amazing place to workout, well maintained equipment, amazing atmosphere, great and helpful staff, a vast majority of people there are there to work hard. Overall amazing gym 6/5 stars.

If Google had the option I’d give Metroflex even more stars. Been a member since 2017 and I’ve seen this gym undergo massive transformation into what it is now. Management is incredible and has created the ideal training environment with upgraded equipment and a vision to continually improve. It’s an addictive environment, and the members provide encouragement I haven’t seen outside of a team environment. If you’re looking to check it out, go ahead. You won’t regret it!

Best gym in the area by a mile. There’s working out and there’s training. Bodybuilder, power lifter, strongman , this is your gym. This is where people go to train who have goals and are serious about reaching them. Ron is serious and doesn’t cut corners.People are great , shakes, pre workouts are available to buy and he doesn’t overcrowd with memberships just for money. Metroflex has changed my training with offering the tools and equipment you just won’t find anywhere else.

Phenomenal gym. If you're looking to get stronger or really build out your physique(powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding), this should be your 2nd home. It's not for everyone. Great atmosphere, great community, great employees, great owner. It starts at the top with the owner and feeds into the entire staff and atmosphere of the gym.
