I would not come here bad service they act like there gonna give you a deal but don’t fall for it. There was like 7 workers just sitting behind the register and just two more people working. I don’t wanna sound mean but all of them are foreigners trying to scam you and get commission. My brother came here to buy a phone and they told him it comes with a free protector screen and a charger when I paid it was $140 extra added and he charged me double for the screen protector they are a bunch of liars and fraud.

For over 15 years I paid my bill with no payment support charge. Went today and they paid and
they charged me for the support charge . When I asked him to look at my pass bill , was told that the charge was not there. The NADA NADA NADA is them taking your money.

Two weeks ago I went to activate my iPhone, an Indian helped me, he offered me a tablet and he told me that it would cost $50 if I added it to my plan. I told him no other offer was to pay $100 without adding it to the payment plan and I accepted the offer. Today it turns out that He ended up charging me the 100 and added it to the plan without my consent

Guy in the store repeatedly trying to sell me a tablet and new phone just to earn his commission when I told him I ain't interested in that and just wanna pay my bill. I almost cursed him out. Not like I was speaking in German and I told him ko but he kept on pushing. All the guys in these location need to be fired. Folks should learn to accept a NO from a customer and I feel like this dude was just wasting my time

Do not come at this location. I came in here at 9:05am on October 29 2024. I never had issues over the last 12 yrs I been with Metro PCs except for this location. They changed my plan after buying a new phone for the 3rd time because the first 2 phones were so bad. Now after telling them not to change my plan I find out they did anyway. They said it was temporary but when it was time to pay my bill it was now at $145. Go in there today and guy said he wasn't there and has a very bad attitude. Says he can't do nothing about it. No he just won't help me. This is what happens when foreigners come over here. They wanna treat Americans bad. I ask him when a customer says not to change their plan and y'all do it anyway is that right? He just shrugs his shoulders. I ask him so your not gonna help me. He says no so I just left. Will never come to this location again. May go to another carrier all together. No 11, 2024 update- Instead of replying to everybody and telling them y'all hope we give y'all another chance in the future. How bout y'all help with the current problem that customers have because of y'all's unprofessionalism and lying!

called the store b4 going up there to get information on a product im interested in and this man told me i have to come inside the store for information i am wanting . i immediately got confused asked him is this a store policy? and this man hung up in my face…… now i am eager to go up to the store because i wondering how his customer service will be in person.

Customer service is very poor inside the store . As soon as you walk in the store the retail people that works there at the moment do not greed you with a smile ,the environment feels heavy and very unwelcome . Would like to see Latinos workers help our Latino community when making purchases.
