If I could give the store 0 stars I would no one ever answers the phone and I’ve bought 3 devices from this place and they didn’t work after waiting a week for a new one to arrive horrible management
If you like paying for internet THAT DOES NOT WORK I highly recommend this place lol

I had the best experience at this Metro PCs store. All I wanted was a printed statement. She was fast, courtesy, very knowledgeable and I left very satisfied. I can't say the same for the locations in the colony and Custer. One of them tried to charge me 5$ and the other one just said his printer is broken. I will be needing a new phone soon and this is the location I will come to. Love how fast they were

Kassandra was very patient and friendly she was on the best customer service I have received in metro in a long time . She helped me get my new phone and took the time to transfer all my data from one phone to another. Recommend this metro for everyone customer service is always great.
