I came in on Dec 20th to add a line to my plan. I have been with Metro for 8 years. I got a free Galaxy phones and paid $99.97 to activate and pay for it until my bill was due on 1/11. The sales rep, I think Mohammed?, told me to disregard the amount being billed as it would be $125 for 5 lines on 1/11. All I had to do was come back up to the store and tell them this in a few days. I did that and the adjusted the bill from over $300 to $175. I was told again it would be reflected by my 1/11 bill. Now, it’s 1/10 and it still show $175, and they had no record of my payment of $99.97 that I paid! In addition, the plan was changed from 4 lines to5 lines and I lost Amazon, Google 1 and hotspot. No one ever told be I would lose this! Finally got the 5 line prorated, the $99.97 applied, and now I pay $144. It took 3 visits to the store, and 2 one hour long customer service calls!!!!! Seems the store employees need more training!

Tina was amazing instead of trying to sell me a new phone she helped with the issues on my old one, I know for sure when it's time I am coming here to buy no doubt about being over charged or not helped.

I came by today to get a screen protector for my phone, revvl 6 pro.the associate sunjay was around, I asked her if they have the one with the black border, no reply she just walks over and grabs the first one and puts it on my phone and says it's $20. ?? I ask her again, she says no. I say if you didn't have any why didn't you say anything.as she was putting it on my phone dropped, I asked if she could get a new one only for her to hand me the $20 back and start helping another customer.she's not in her right mind, and thinking straight. she was just talking crazy to me when I asked her if she could replace it.she's 10 ways crazy, smelt really bad and not a good look for that store, filed a complaint her.

Tina was so amazing!! After dealing with a metro store (that will be getting a terrible review) she calmed my family down, got us phones, and made sure we were good to go before we left!!! I will travel just to have her me!! Thank you girl!!!

Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Was told I get internet at my house bought device went home and I don't get internet there. It was a whole mess and as soon as I can I will Definitely be switching service. Very disappointed in metro
