Terribly understaffed and one person in front is not sufficient. She is unable to keep it together. Worker is loud and disrespectful. Needs to work on communication and customer service skills.

The fabric staff were in my way while I was trying to look and buy some fabric. They clearly saw me and declined to move. I even tried to go around a big box of fabric and ended up knocking something off the shelf on accident and they didn’t budge or offer to help

This location was extremely clean and the employees were so kind and not only helped me but had a conversation about other things as well which made my experience just that much better!!

I have been going to this location each time I had something really special to frame.
I am now done with the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism of this man in charge of the frame desk.
The work is getting sloppier over the months.
From now on, I will get my special memories framed elsewhere.
