The supervisor that night was awesome. She was busy when I got the right before they were about to close and took the time to help me find a black shirt that was out of stock EVERYWHERE. She was patient, empathetic and supportive I appreciate great customer service and she was a amazing example. The cashier was awesome as well he said if anyone knew where to find it she would and he was correct. Thank you for training such awesome staff and having a amazing looking store.

I had the best experience at Michael's. I came to pic up my package from the store .I was approached by a very kind and attentive employee named Kim. I told her what I had come for, and she was more than happy to help me . Whenever I come to the store, Kim is always busy, but she is never too busy to help customers. I really appreciate Michael's for hiring such a professional and kind spirit employee!!!!

This is a great location. I can't find much in the one by 121 and Preston, ever since they redesigned it, it been terrible, I end up buyingon line bc of the very limited options, However, this one is huge with lots of options, as it used to be. I found everything I was looking for a more. They also had good sales, so even better. Staff was nice and helpful. Will be coming back to this location for sure!!!

Had some framing done here, they never called me and I got run around answers for 3 weeks after the expected completion date. I was repeatedly told it would be back to me "tomorrow". It would not have been an issue that it took so long if they had just been transparent with the fact they were facing issues instead of just telling me falsehoods.

Heard about Michael's for years finally stepped foot in that place and was disappointed the prices way too high however I did find candles on sale for 2.50

No good at all. The whole computer system running the store went down. I had supplies in my basket to purchase that I needed before tonight and had to leave everything there snd scramble to find supplies elsewhere.
