I love Michaels. I wish there was more closer to my home. I come here to purchase stationary products, pens, pencils, erasers, Tombow markers, calligraphy markers, washi tape, and patterned papers. I’m probably forgetting some of the things I purchased from here, but I really like Michaels selection of washy tape, especially for the holidays. If you’re reading this tell corporate, they need to get some St. Patrick’s Day themed washi tape as soon as possible. Hope I see that next year 🫶🏻

Everything was well stocked and easy to find. I love their updated layout with special displays and not just aisles and aisles. The staff was nice, and the self check out was a breeze.

corporations need to stop offering services like curbside pickup when they keep their store short staffed and cut their employees hours. if you can't afford an extra person to complete curbside pickups then maybe you should just remove the signs from the front of the store and let people park in those spots.
the ONE employee here was so friendly and helped me find exactly where my order was when I had to go inside, after waiting in my car for 30 mins.
just to be clear this is a corporate policy issue and not an employee being lazy.

I visited Michaels on Black Friday to resolve an issue with an online purchase I couldn’t complete, and Britany provided exceptional assistance. She guided me through the entire process with patience, understanding, and an honest willingness to help. Britany took the time to understand my needs and offered knowledgeable advice. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, I could purchase everything I needed—and even more! Excellent customer service!

Store clerk on her phone texting. After her extended text conversation she finally stopped typing. I waited to be acknowledged; receiving none, I stepped to the counter to say I had a return. In the nastiest tone she said “DO YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT”? I said, yes I do. Now she’s more irritated because she didn’t come to work to work. Once transaction is complete, she then throws the returned items through the air into an elevated return basket 3 ft away before handing me the receipt. Ma’am, I’m just here to make a return, not be the recipient of displaced rage. My last visit to this store a few weeks earlier wasn’t the best either. The staff just doesn’t have a spirit of helpfulness. As long as you go in and out, do self checkout, and do not under any circumstances ask for help-you’re good.

Very bad attention from the workers, I had to leave my machine because they treated me very poorly, their manager is worse, he didn't help me. The workers also do not help and ask everything with fear for the manager. Very bad attention
