The item i wanted to get was locked up. The help buttons do nothing, i had to go to the front of the store to ask for help, where there was a singular employee who was taking 10 minutes with someone else.

Good range of xmas decor and they go on 50% discount 2 weeks before xmas. Bought this Lemax light decor and the details is great! Fabric selection is limited but prices are cheaper. Definitely like the fabric clearance section for mini projects too.

Horrible customer service. I don’t like self check-outs, the regular cash register was open, but the lady refused to help me. After I start using the self check-out she then checks out someone behind me. I had a cart full of items, which is why I guess she didn’t want to help. I wish I had walked out and gone across the street to Hobby Lobby.

I was just there and wanted to buy a black rolling cart online it said it was on sale for $23 and when I went to go buy it in store it was going for $44. I asked the lady if they do price matching and she told me no they do not and then I asked her. Oh what if I ordered it online and then just pick it up can I do that? She said well I would have to wait an hour. I went to the store that is near my house instead and within 10 minutes my order was ready to be picked up no issues. I asked them about price matching. They said they do price match. I also looked it up online. I was in that area all day for a training, and the lady Gave a bit Of an attitude about it as well.
