Absolutely wonderful service by the NP. Quickly did a test for strep and wrote me a prescription which was ready 20 mins later at the pharmacy. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of looking for one. It makes me wonder why I even have a GP when they are never available and always booked up for weeks and they cost more than going to the minute clinic anyway!

Horribly run location. The person I was driving wasn’t seen until 45 minutes after their appointment time, and were asked by the staff to wait in the lobby another 30 minutes after already being called back and tested.

As other reviews-- Check in computer didn't work for me either. But the provider and the nurse really helped!! They are fast and thorough. I came for Covid test and since it's negative they went above and did a other tests for me!!Better and cheaper than an urgent care.

I had a great experience with this location. I was diagnosed with the Flu. I did both COVID & Flu tests. The Doctor I seen was very friendly and we had great health conversation as well. I don't see why this location got bad reviews. I will visit again in the future. I knew exactly what I had to pay as well. I was quickly proscribed meds to for it. The good thing is, the CVS pharmacy is right inside of Target, so you don't have to drive to another CVS location to pickup your meds.

Unprofessional. The person I saw was argumentative & pushed services after me saying 'no thanks' several times. I finally said something & she was rude. Done with MC.

I had an appointment and still could not be seen. I suffer from chronic bronchitis for years. They wanted me to go to the ER to rack up unnecessary bills for a diagnosis I get all the time from chest X-rays. I just wanted to be treated for my bronchitis. If I had lung cancer, I am sure I would be dead by now from 2006 from my first diagnosis of bronchitis. These people do not listen to the patient at all or CARE.

It’s SCAM!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!They lie to you about the cost!!!!I went to Plano 75093 location for a TB skin test!1. When you register it is NO SHOWING COST for the visit, but they require you to scan your credit card and you must agree to pay WHATEVER they want to charge you. When I ask nurse how much it will be approximately, after insurance, she said around $35, which was fine. I signed in.2. Then HERE IS the LIE!!!!When you come back to get report, they CHARGE YOU AGAIN for “diagnostic”, and nurse never mention it in the first place.Again you have to sign in, again scan your card, again agree for paying without even acknowledging how much. When I came to get report, she said it will be another charge. So, my question is why CVS never explain that total price for TB test would be approximately $100 (splitting in 2 different payments).SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! DO NOT GO!!!

I would give a zero if I could. They call themselves a walk-in clinic but the fact is they DO NOT take any walk-ins

Jennifer Doan Pham NP did such a great job! My 2 & 4 year olds were getting shots and she got everything set up before we went in and had her technique down pat: neither of my kids even cried. I would recommend her a thousand times over.

We got our flu shots here last fall. Before our appt, we were told the clinic was within our BCBS network and it would be a free service. We even got the target $5 gift cards as added incentive. Come spring (6 months later), we got bills for all three of our flu shots (total $120). When we called Minute Clinic, they said the provider that saw us was newly hired and not yet within our plan. They refused to drop the charges or even allow us to file an appeal. We appealed it through our insurance company and eventually got the money back, but only after Minute Clinic sent us to collection and after many many phone calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this clinic.

I scheduled an appointment for 11/8/2021 for a skin issue i had. The nurse name was either Latosha or Latisha she was extremely rude, unprofessional and had no compassion at all!! I showed her the rush which was at the back of my neck, and she said i don't see anything you just have dry skin! I was very puzzled. So i pointed it to her again and she said, "Oh"! Those two bumps its nothing you just need a moisturizer sweety. So i told her that i had a few of those bumps on my thigh for a while so definitely i don't need moisturizer. So she kept cutting me off mid sentence, she was very dismissive and just didn't listen to my concerns. Each time i tried to explain i would get cut off and she would not offer a solution and just wanted to send me off. She asked what type of moisturizer i use, i stated Lubriderm or Vaseline she didn't respond. I told her i was diagnosed last year by a dermatologist with molluscum contagiosum and she did a freezing method. She abruptly said we don't do freezing over here. I told her i was very much aware, and i did not need that kind of service. So i told her i did some research and i might be needing a prescription cream like tretinoin. OMG!! This woman just jumped in and cut me off mid sentence, she said that's not what am going to do, "I cant write you a prescription"! Well she did not take the time to research what i told her or even try to diagnose me she kept saying or you need a tropical cream i asked which one so i can purchase, she still didn't respond and kept cutting me off . It felt like i was bothering her, and we weren't getting any where so i simply stood up and walked away and told her she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will never be returning to this location AGAIN!! THE TYPE OF SERVICE AND ILL TREATMENT I RECEIVED IS UNFATHOMABLE!!

First off, I'm biased because I truly despise CVS. That's my baseline opinion. Every experience I've had with this company has been painful and so I naturally avoid all their businesses unless absolutely necessary. Unfortunately, it was recently necessary, as my son needed a sports physical. I went online and tried to make an appointment at our local CVS MinuteClinic that happens to be located inside a Target. (I understand CVS acquired Target's pharmacies and clinics for mad $$, but I gotta say, the "strategic partnership" has led to some terrible experiences for customers and doesn't make Target look great... if you don't believe me, look at the reviews for MinuteClinics in Target stores) The option to make an appointment was disabled for some reason so we thought this particular location only takes walk-ins. Yes, I would've tried calling to confirm, but anyone who's been through that torment knows it's an endless automated loop that leaves you curled up in the fetal position with tears streaming down your face. So off my son and I went, appointment-less, but arriving a few minutes after opening so we could be in and out. We were surprised (but not really) to see a quiet, darkened clinic, the entrance of which was blocked with a stanchion. What. The. Heck. We asked Target customer service what the deal was and all they could give us was the 1-800 number... the same number that would lead to the fetal position and tears. Instead, we opted to walk to the pharmacy to see if the staff there could help. The pharmacist was pleasant, and said "Oh, they should be right there. Sometimes they're just in an exam room." I informed her it was dark and blocked off, and with a perplexed look on her face, she responded, "Oh they must not be open today." What. The. Heck. Why aren't there any signs? Why isn't the website updated? Why can't anyone really give us a firm answer? No answers were offered. My son and I walked out of Target, deflated and still needing that darn physical. In the car, we searched for appointments at other MinuteClinics in the area (try within a 50 mile radius!). Turns out not one location in our major metroplex area had appointments available. Now as much as we all would love to believe CVS MinuteClinics are that incredibly busy, my collective experiences would lead me to conclude otherwise. CVS is just a terrible company.
