We went to Walmart Pharmacy for vaccinations to my kid for school records. They asked for PCP prescription. To get pcp appointment immediately and find out nearest pcp and their availability is always a tall task. We had to wait for 10 to 15 days for pcp appointment. Unfortunately, we didn't have much time to approve my kids school registration.
Then we came to know about MinuteClinic in cvs and booked our appointment. We got immediately our appointment on same day in minute clinic cvs nearest to our home, we walked directly with our insurance and photo ID proof. Within 30 mins, we got our kid Vaccinated and we have our immunizatio record.Thanks to minute clinic and highly encourage these services. In future, I would expect these services to be extended to treatment to chronic diseases to help patients for speed recovery.

I came here for a fingernail infection and got some antibiotics did after I paid $80 for the visit. Four days later I’ve ran out of medication and the fingers is still swollen and now I still have to go to the emergency room….. A waste of time and money

Had an incident that required I get a tetanus shot since I did not know when my last one was. Scheduling an appointment was easy, I was seen promptly by a very kind and informative medical professional, and overall had a great experience.

Nurse Jennie at the minute clinic was very compassionate and took her time listening to my concerns, and carefully viewing my chart from other hospital visits and minute clinic visits.
It's so nice to have a health care professional who actually listens and truly wants to help patients.

I am new to Plano, and have yet to find a GP. I've been to this CVS minute clinic twice in the last 4 months for 2 different reasons. Each time, the doctor and nurse were kind, thorough, and professional. When you don't feel good, you just want to feel better as quickly as possible... And, this is why I will continue to go here!

Very upset! I was lied to by these people here being told since I didn’t have insurance they bill as “office visit” the lady who took my blood (she said been doing this for over 20 years) but forgot her name she was very sweet and was only one of the two there who was able to get my blood. I nearly passed out from the first guy. i get a bill from BCBS saying they only billed ONE of
The things as office visit but the rest was billed as “diagnostic lab” so therefore I have a $122 bill to pay! ($119 for the lab bill and $3 for some charge I have no idea from minute clinic) I called the # (ON GOOGLE that shows they opened until 7:30pm and I was on hold for 30 min with hold music) I decided to hang up and call back right away and I get a message saying “office is currently closed” and please call back during next business day. Did that automated person say what are the REAL hours when someone can answer the phone?! Nope! I need to speak to someone to rectify this asap! My name Ryan and I was there on 12/9 at 5:15pm. I even confirmed with the person who called me the next day who asked how my visit went that this would be billed under office visit and they said yes that is what it shown. Once this gets rectified I will change my review but you guys need to
Fix your hours of operation on google and also need to work on customer service because these kinds of financial mistakes are not okay.
