The pharmacy staff are so careless, they delay you for 30 minutes and try to sweet talk you to convince you it’s ok.

I see the reason for the horrible reviews now. Horrible communication and customer service from the staff. Very rude and do not want to help/work in any way.

I was in Minute Clinic not long ago and while in the the PA one of the pharmacy techs just came an opened the door on my visit with another patient there at the door. This is unacceptable. Thankfully, I was fully dressed as the PA was still going over insurance.

Been there twice for my kids COVID/flu vaccines. Had to reschedule twice because the nurses/ nurse practitioners give incorrrect information or stuff cvs just makes up.

Scheduled a vaccine for my 3 year old. She had to use the toilet while waiting and the bathrooms and that was filthy. Also no soap in the dispenser. My 3 year old is very good about getting shots. This experience they were hurt because the nurse jabbed the needle in too deep. I wouldn't be surprised if it hit the femur under the thigh.I typically go to CVS at Coit and McDermott (5 time this year for shots) and have always had a better experience there. Unfortunately they ran oflut of the shot we needed.

Two employees just standing there talking but I have no time to just do a strep test really quick or you need to schedule appointment only availability deep in the afternoon and they had no ability to actually do something other than talk about their yesterday. Absolutely zero clients there but except for me and they couldn’t help if I could give them no stars I absolutely would.

Super rude staff. Don't waste your time and go to a real clinic.

I scheduled an appointment here to get the TDAP vaccine. I got off late from work so I was a arrived only 5 minutes before my appointment. Check in was easy and Nurse Angela (Shelly) called me back about a minute later. She was very personable and efficient. I was out of her office within no time and hardly even felt the shot go into my arm. She is a genuine asset to this location, and if I need any further services from them I will be sure to request her. Great experience!

Don't come here if you have an appointment because you won't be seen for at least 30 minutes after you're scheduled appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. No one to ask questions of. All door closed with sign saying CLOSED on them. Go somewhere else if you are on a schedule. Dirty looking iPads everywhere. Just eew.

I scheduled an appointment for my sick child. My child was feeling worse so I checked her in a bit early. As it is a walk in clinic and all I figured it would be ok. The lady was very rude and informed me that she has several appointments set and we would have to leave and come back at the scheduled time. They advertise that walk ins are always welcome. Right. I canceled the appointment and took my child to a different wake in clinic and got her in right away. I will never go to minute clinic again.

Do not waste your time with them. It takes them more than 20 days to return the covid-19 test results and it's just a joke. No wonder there are so many patients in Texas, by the time they get an answer they are already infecting dozens or hundreds of people!

I have seen Dr. Patel twice for vaccines that are fully covered by my insurance in network. MinuteClinic is in network, but when they filed the claim they used an NPI number for Dr. Patel that is not associated with this location, so no longer showing in network, and my insurance rejected it charging me hundreds of dollars for vaccines that should be covered. I have spent a year trying to get this corrected and received a different answer and run around each time. I find this handling of medical/insurance information unbelievably sloppy and careless and will never visit this MinuteClinic again.
