I have been here for many times. Most of the times are very good. I am not afraid some of your staff recognize me, but I still want to write it down.
Today, it was a very BAD experience: I was not told that I cannot shot hand gun in 100-yard range. When I want to move to 25-yard, they charged me fees AGAIN. Why? When you guys check my equipments and ammo, you know that I have long-one and short-one. Again, I was not told I cannot shoot hand gun in 100-yard.
Moreover, when I move to 25-yard range, it is about 7 PM and I have to wait until next available lane about 10 min. Your shop close at 8 PM. That means I paid money to shoot for 50 min after I moved from 100-yard to 25-yard and paid twice. You don't even try to comfort me. SO disappointing.
I am not satisfied with your service. And, you guys don't care. This is dangerous. Because here is not restaurant. You know it. Customer satisfaction is important when you're doing business, especially you own the shooting range! (if there is choice for zero star rating, i will give it to you.)

Wasnt planning on shooting today but after seeing this place on google decided to give them a try. Unfortunately the AC shut down and we had to leave the lanes til it came back on which was 15-20 minutes. Instead of extending our time or discounting our lane fee I was told I needed to wrap it up bc my time was up after 40 min on the lane. Nothing about it when checking out or sorry about the inconvenience, not good customer service.

This was my third visit, and it just confirmed what I already suspected—this place is a complete joke. I only came back because I live two minutes away and had a little time to spare, but I regret it every time.
The staff is consistently rude and unhelpful. They seem annoyed to answer basic questions, and there’s a clear lack of professionalism. The place is also overpriced compared to other ranges in the area, and they will nickel and dime you for every little thing.
I brought my own ammo (Blazer, same brand they sell) and was told I had to buy their ammo in order to rent a firearm. When I asked why, I was told it’s so they can “make money off of me.” No joke. I asked to speak with a manager, and some young guy—who was somehow in charge—was even more disrespectful than the rest of the staff.
They don’t care about customer service, safety, or experience—only your wallet. Even while shooting, the range attendant walked up to me and kicked me off the lane with five minutes left, even though the place was nearly empty.
There are plenty of better ranges with fair prices and respectful staff. Skip this one—you’ll thank yourself later.

I take my ltc shooting test here with Michael. the whole process is wonderful and straightforward. and they charge only 35 if you use your own gun &ammo . I rent their Glock 19 and 50 rounds together 53 bucks. really really good price. highly recommend this place to anyone who wanna take their ltc shooting test. all of the staff very nice too.

Took the LTC this morning with Instructor Mike. He’s super knowledgeable and was helpful answering any questions our class had. Great facility, clean range, and the rest of the staff was helpful too.

So, what's the deal with scanning DLs to buy ammo? Was asked for ID, handed LTC, but apparently he meant DL since LTC didn't work as ID. And why in the first place? I changed it back to five stars. But, in the age of everything getting stolen when it comes to identity, it's annoying to have yet another place that keeps it in a database for a simple ammo purchase. I am constantly fighting off people who have stolen my ID, and it grates a little to have more ways for it to be stolen yet again.
