This place is everything a roadside, extended stay motel should be. Clean, safe, convenient, easy check-in, nice staff, full sized fridge, plates, dishes, TV, comfy bed, AC that works, clean bathroom with plenty of towels, washer and dryer available, iron and ironing board....all the basics you need for a comfortable stay.
I could go on and on. Great rates too! I would definitely stay here again next time I roll through town. In fact, I would look forward to it.
Nearby activities: Very convenient location. Close to the freeway and close to the post office, grocery stores (include Whole Foods), restaurants, nail salon, and all the basics. Easy to get anywhere in the DFW area.
Safety: Felt 100% safe the entire time. Sometimes in long-term stay hotels there can be shady characters. Not here. I never worried about a thing, not even about my car in the parking lot.

The staff are friendly and the rooms are quiet. The rooms are also quite spacious for a hotel room. I had a dog with me during my stay, so the pets stay free policy was very nice.
Although there is no free breakfast, the prices are so low that you can buy food at a restaurant, grocery store, or the nearby Race Trac.
The staff is very nice, even the manager, and the cleaning ladies do a good job.
I recommend you stay at Motel 6 if you need a place to stay in Plano for a few nights.

Too noisy. Doors slammed all night.
Kids running in the hallway. Bid dog barking early. Won't be back at that location. Bad experience...

It’s ok if you’re desperate & have no other choice the room had bugs flying bugs they were renovating so it was always loud with contractors I stayed 3 days!!!
& the Hispanic manager walks the property all day & he’s rude!!! They go up on the rooms everyday no matter what

Great place to stay. Clean and secure location. The ladies at the front desk, Veronica and Kimberly are polite and friendly. Regular cleaning by house keepers and security every night. No luxury like pool and morning breakfast but the location meets the basics (TV, fridge and microwave).

Very "run down" place. First room we were given had blood spots on the bed sheets...appeared as if they hadn't even be washed.
2nd room, small bathroom...tiny actually, the bed..mattress has to be the absolute cheapest and most uncomfortable, no support at all. Room was clean, outdated. The one plus...the air conditioner works, but it doesn't help the smell. And the noise of the traffic makes it difficult to sleep. And it was more than the advertised 58.00...try 78.00 plus fees/taxes.

The room is better than what we expected . Look like they just renovated the room . Everything looked like brand new, microwave oven , refrigerator and the bathroom . I will highly recommend this motel 6
Food & drinks: There are a lot of restaurants nearby, very convenient

Unreliable Booking System - Be Aware!
I recently booked a room at this hotel for a contractor working on my house. Upon arrival with a confirmed reservation number, he was unfortunately turned away. The hotel staff explained they operate on an 'honor system' where management can decide to accept reservations or not.
This situation caused significant inconvenience and wasted time for my contractor. While I haven't personally stayed at the hotel, this experience raises serious concerns about the reliability of their booking system and confirmed reservations. Potential guests should be aware of this possibility before making a reservation.

Veronica is one of the most friendly and honest front desk agents I have ever met. She legitimately cares about each guest and their individual situations. Thanks for being amazing!Safety: Full Time Armed Security and a rapid police response eliminates most of the possible abatement issues

Do not stay here if you want to consistently be harassed by housekeeping. Coffee is horrible. Staff is worse. AVOID AT ALL COST. We got kicked out over Lucy the main housekeep starting lies about us. I never got to tell my side of the story, they believed her over us. We've been staying here for a year.very rude, and unprofessional.

Got locked out for 1 hour & 30 minutes @ 12 am. After that they made me check out & check back in the next day to change my rate to $68 to $90. Without telling me.

A friend stayed at your hotel. When calling, no one picked up the phone for 20 minutes. When someone picked up the phone he did not transfer the call and and said my friend would call me back.After my friend left and his phone finally charged, he stated he never got the message.This is unprofessional. This is disturbing that someone would not pick up the phone and never relay a message or transfer my call.

Absolutely, without a doubt, top-notch customer service. Veronica in the front office is the absolute best to talk with about any & all your needs or issues. Lucy and her staff in housekeeping are always so sweet and pleasant to talk to. You won't find a group of employees that work together better than them. The entire staff are just as a whole the most friendliest, helpful, and polite people you could ever ask for. Thank y'all for everything you do.
