The most useless business ever. They have stickers on their windows saying they ship for ups, usps, and FedEx. I have been there 3 separate time with all 3 of those kinds of packages, labels prepaid and everything and they say they don't ship for those services. What do they even do all day???

We've had a mailbox here for over 20 years with no real complaints until this year. Dave, owner, is helpful, a nice guy; but he's now running Mr. Parcel without any help, it's a one man show. The problem with that is that when he's sick, takes lunch, goes to the post office for daily mail drop off, there's no one to mind the store and he shuts it down. This creates real problems for deliveries from UPS and Fedex, Amazon, because if there's no one to receive the delivery, they take it and bring it back the next day...but not on weekends, of course. Dave has also cut back on hours. His sign says he's open until 6, but I've stopped by after work at 5:35pm, and the place is closed. With all the deliveries -- nearly half of our deliveries over the past year -- being rescheduled because Dave is gone for one reason or another -- we're going to let the current term rental run, but renew somewhere else. This is hard to do after all these years, but the point of having a box at Mr. Parcel is for convenience and safety. It has not been convenient with all the closed times and we need our deliveries to arrive on the first try...not the second or third try when Dave actually has Mr. Parcel open.

Unlike other parcel services, these guys fully explain how to make sending packages cheaper and help you with all the options. Other stores simply take your package and charge you $50 instead of helping you save money.

I have been using Mr. Parcel for 20+ years under several different owners. Several years ago they moved to vacant space and remodeled and it looks great. Better yet fast service and packing shipping stuff readily available. They survived the virus crises and will not require customers to wear masks as of the Mar 10th.

This is a great mailing station. They have every type of packing materials you need. The owner is very nice, personable, and helpful. They also have post office boxes if anyone is interested. I will use This Mr Parcel for all my packing and mailing needs!

I drive 20 minutes out of my way, passing 3 other UPS parcel locations just to meet with Dave. His customer service, timely package ? delivery, & Responsibility to handle your package is outstanding! Go see DAVE
