When I spoke to the Manager about how horrible the girl did my eyebrows she just said she was sorry while smiling. Stated I wanted a discount on the waxing she stated she couldn’t do that. She then tried to blame my eyes. I said “Really “! This is when I asked for the Manager and she stated it was her. I told her you can see how horrible a job the girl did. She just said she was sorry. I paid and left no tip. I did say she had no business being a Manager. I had been there before and had a similar situation but gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I have been going to this nail salon for years. I stopped by this evening to see if I could get a mani-pedi. They said it would be a half hour wait and they could get to me at 6:30. I waited for almost an hour, then just got up and left. If you don't have time to take care of someone, just ask them to come back tomorrow. You missed the main point of my review. I did not get my mani-pedi. I waited until almost closing time. No one had even started my manicure. I was seated in an area by myself. Everyone else was in the back area of the salon. I had been ignored for 30 minutes. I left and nobody even noticed.

I had a card that after ten punched a hole until l reach ten visits which was for a free service that was started before you the management change they said they would honor it. But then wouldn't give me my free service but only took 10.00$ off. I think time for a change very disappointed.

Worst nail salon ever. Got my nails done only 4 days ago it was dipping powder I have never ever experienced dipping powder to break I have done it my whole life and with only $50 they took $63 from me and in less than 10 min the lady was done with my nails its the worst please DON’T spend you money there.
Worst store everrrrrrrr!!!!
Yeah lady took time because while she was doing my nails they were falling off too :)
And the shape wasn’t right she kept fixing it. Beside that it didn’t take 2 hours to get done mam thanks for the clarity but you are wrong

Y’all sleep on this nail salon, nice energy and people. Candy slayed my nails, they literally look like the inspo pic. Most definitely sticking with her as my nail tech <3
