I went to get a wax. They told me they didn’t do waxes for eyebrows. Seems to be a bit racial and unprofessional.

They gave me 2 different prices for the Gelish and ended up charging it more. The Gelish just lasted 2 days and the also were unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL

I came with my uncle's girlfriend, we both got our nails done by Kayla and she was very sweet, fast and professional. Easy to engage with and extremely presise! We don't live in TX so we might not come back for a long time, but we're already planning to make it a trip sometime in the future!

Wouldn’t recommend, they play in your face and think it’s funny I only tipped because of how hard life is right now! My nails look horrible and I am not happy with my nail. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AS WELL

The absolute worst nail salon in the DFW especially if you're a person of color. Kevin is the ONLY reason I've come back. Not only are the females in this establishment rude but they don't want to work and will waste your time. I will be taking my business to where it's appreciated and that's at KT Nails on Hedgecox and Alma! Polar opposite and the appreciation was there and nails are perfect . Nail star as long as you keep those girls in there your business will continue to fail.

I’m upset, because lately my nails are very damaged when removing the product, I feel that maybe the material is expired or something happens, THAT HAD NEVER HAPPENED TO ME IN ANY NAIL SALON, and now my nails are super damaged 😪

I love this place. I've been going here for years. I've never had a bad experience here. I also take my boyfriend and he loves it too! I strongly recommend the Hawaiian pedicure and manicure. You will leave feeling refreshed.

I went in for a gel nail manicure and Kevin did my nails, I've had him 1 other time in the past. He did excellent work while taking time to make sure he did everything just right, I would recommend him to everyone I know. He's professional and very quiet, he allows you to chat away while he pays close attention to your nails ? ?

Horrible, shop is very dirty and they are prejudice, and treat customers of color differently…why foreigners show so much racism when they come here i don’t understand. If you can’t accept all people why come to America?

Appointments don't mean anything to them. I arrived early just to wait 30 minutes, Jessica told that they couldn't do my nails.

I will never come back to my girl I gave her a pedicure and burned her with the towel, and worse they did my nails with everything they had already used from another client I never recommend it
