I have gotten my blood drawn two times here now, and it has by far been the best experience I’ve had getting my blood drawn! Heather is so kind and professional! I was in and out in five minutes every time, and it was a seamless experience. Will continue to come back here!

Inserts themselves into OBGYN practices, claims to be in-network. Performs genomic testing - and here's the trick! Bills insurance for 6000 plus dollars, gets denies, takes 1000, contacts the patient, bills them for 500 because F them. Insurance tells Natera that's not OK. Natera sends the patient to collections after being told by insurance that what they're doing isn't OK. The State of New York finds Natera guilty for 50 million dollars in damages for illegal and predatory billing practices. Natera ALSO is found guilty of defrauding Medicare in a separate case. Long story short - the most horrible, disgusting health company in the US. Ought to be disbanded and people sent to jail already :)

This is a scam company, they don’t provide an itemized bill until the bill is paid ? They are required by law to provide it, but they refuse.

Heather was really great, she was kind and did an excellent job getting us in and out. The office was very quiet and clean. There were even snacks and drinks offered to us after our blood work. Not to mention the freebies on the tables such as pens,post-it notes, and lanyards.

Never go for the genetic testing with Natura. They are fraud. They’ll make you pay the bill again and again, even after paying everything. Every four months they will send the bill and when you called them, they say this is for another test when you just had one test with them always keep a proof of payment of estimate cost every messages, don’t let this this people fraud you

I would leave zero stars if possible. They performed services for me in November 2022, and didn’t bill my insurance until March 2023. My insurance switched 1/1/23 so they had trouble billing my old insurance. I have spent 10+ hours, no exaggeration, on phones with them trying to resolve this and they are of no help. What pushed me to finally write this review is that I spent 25 minutes waiting to get an agent this morning, finally got someone, explained I wanted to speak to a manager, they said no problem and then put me on hold and disconnected the line after 4-5 minutes. I will never use their services again, and I will speak with the doctors that referred me and everyone I know to let them know they are the worst company I have ever worked with and to avoid them at all costs.

Delay every step of the way, then they refused to provide me with my own medical records. Natera delayed in starting to process my embryo samples. Then they delayed in getting me the bill (which they said I had to pay before they'd give me the results). I was supposed to get the bill the day they received the samples; I got it a week later. Once I got it, the bill was incorrect and I had to wait for them to fix it.Once I was finally able to pay the bill, Natera told me they sent the results to my doctor's office but refused to release them to me directly - even though they're MY results and I'M the one who just paid for them. Incompetent and sketchy business.

When I got there I was greeted by Heather Moster and she was very welcoming and very nice. Took less than 10 minutes and it was quick and painless! I would recommend coming here for your testing needs!

Called and confirmed hours and if appointments are needed since I’m using PTO. I was told to show up between 8:15-8:30am and I showed up at 8:10am. It’s now 8:55am and no one is here. The door is locked and no one is answering the phones. This is severely irresponsible on the offices part and so frustrating to me. Wasting pto I’ll need for maternity leave.Update: Okay so the next day someone answered the phones and they said they closed for the weather. Tornadoes and rain. I’m a north Texas native so I can handle it and everyone else in the business building was there but that’s what happened. But professionally they should at least change the voicemail saying due to weather we’re closed. Just a recommendation from a medical office manager that has done just that. But I tried again two days later and it was an amazing experience. Snacks. Quick in and out. The lab technician was so friendly.

My wife and I decided to use natera for genetic testing through her OB’s office. We were given a set price up front and told exactly what it would cost. We paid the amount upfront and the labs were drawn and sent off. Shortly after, we received a bill for thousands of dollars from natera. The bill mailed to us did not match what we were told it would cost or what our insurance was saying it covered. An email was sent to natera requesting an itemized receipt so it could be sorted out with the doctors office and insurance. We received a reply stating we would need to call customer service at Natera to access that specific information. My wife called and was told that Natera “could not provide an itemized receipt until the account balance was $0.” We explained to the billing representative that the practice of forcing someone to pay a large sum of money before explaining the charges was unsatisfactory, especially when the amount being billed did not align with the information we were given up front. The billing representative went on to explain bill we received in the mail was not actually a bill and that we would receive two more bills in the mail before they decided on a final amount that would need to be paid. I have dealt with a lot of shady business practices and billing departments but, this is by far one of the scummiest experiences I have ever had with a so-called “medical practice.” I will be following up on this, and if necessary, reporting this to the appropriate authorities and contacting a lawyer. I would avoid this place if at all possible.
