You can get good coverage but you will have to know what you're doing. They are like stereotypical car salesmen. They will take your money if you don't do some serious homework. If you do the above and you understand how the claims process works you might have a good experience, If you don't, well, you have been warned, "Liberty Mutual is not for amatuers".

Kim, Jerry's wife, is always "sick" and hardly in the office but insists on doing most of the customer service work so clients are often ignored. The turn around in the office is ridiculous. The staff constantly revolves, except for Brooke who is Kim's sister. Brooke is always rude and more than once was wrong in information. How this agency is still in business is confusing.
