Where to start?? First of all I would like to HIGHLY recommend New Era AV Technologies for not only their excellent details in customer service but their awesome way of designing and educating us on how a 24 panel LED screen and premium audio system would benefit us with our events. They have automated our entire venue where we can control everything from our phones! A two thumbs up for Erasmo and his awesome crew! They were always on time, clean, and FAST!

I wanted to take a minute to share how amazing was my experience with this company. For years we struggled with major companies in the area but I think I found someone that I can trust.The owner is involved on every project revise my system and did a detail check up of the system and replace the components and different configurations and now it works better than when it was installed new . The company that originally installed the system never gave us this level of service and response.The owner accepted to take over the project but the thing that was strange is that he told me that they don’t cut corners and that if they will be taking over the maintenance of the system they would have to replace the necessary equipment to get the best performance . Well surprise that my system is working perfectly and only 2 pieces were replace.I’m surprised and thankful that I ran into this guys other companies would and arm and a leg but this guy was fair and honest. Thanks again Mr Castillo !!!

We bought a house that was wired by NewEra, and they were very helpful with getting everything working and swapping accounts. They are very responsive do good work.
