Staff is nice, knowledgeable, and the place is clean. NextCare charges at the end of the visit. My bill was unjustifiably high. Texas Health Breeze Urgent Care tells you how much you'll pay up front. I'll stick with Breeze.

I would recommend NextCare in West Plano. The staff was super nice including the front Desk, Dina C. (awesome), back staff Misty and the provider FNP Evelyn Imah. From check in to check out was a pleasant experience and I would definitely go back.

Super impressed with this efficient, caring staff. I got in and out quickly and had terrific care. I hope these healthcare workers are appreciated for their hard work. In these days where healthcare workers are leaving in droves, and need is higher than ever, these folks are to be commended!!!
