I wish I could give 0 stars the employees are rude!!! I was trying to buy my daughter a sweater who btw is 10 and one of the employees kept telling me the items i’m looking at are for kids…as I proceeded to tell her I know, she still made rude remarks

I had a great experience at the Nike store in Legacy West. They have a good collection of the latest footwear and apparel, including a solid variety of running gear and lifestyle classics. Whether you’re looking for performance shoes or just casual wear, there is plenty to choose from.
The staff is also very friendly and attentive. They were quick to help me find the right size and offered helpful advice on different styles without being pushy. The store is clean, modern, and fits perfectly with the upscale vibe of the Legacy West area. It’s definitely my favorite Nike location to visit in Plano!

I had the most amazing time in this store. I stopped here to exchange a shoe and was greeted by Taylor ( I hope Im right woth the name....lets just say Amethyst-great nails) Anyhoo, she greeted me with a smile, gave me some options as they didn't have Tyr size at this location, so I opted to have her order and ship. We laughed, we looked at shoes, we talked style I mean I just wanna go shop so I can kick it because of her. Listen Nike!! This is the kinda service stores dream of when it comes to staffing and customer interaction. Warm welcome, Easy, suggestive selling, and just pure deep kind all around. High Five Taylor and Thank you. I'll be back for Dunks!! 🤜🏾🤛🏾!!

Very rude manager Desiree. Unhelpful staff. Spent a ton of money and had the worst customer service experience. Would drive all the way to north park rather then deal with this store. Shocked Nike hasn’t addressed management given this is a common review / experience.

Staff was talking amongst themselves loudly to each other about personal plans, didn't even greet us. We were walking around for a while before someone came & asked us for help...he must have been in the back & noticed we weren't being helped.

You come to a Nike store to spend $580 and they tell you you can't use the bathroom. This is disrespectful to the customer. Added to this, the city flat-out prohibits you from having a store of that size without public restrooms.
