After confirming availability of a shoe at the store, drive for more than half an hour to pick it up and upon arrival after the call they doesn’t have it and offering me women size. Very bad service.

The guy and girl working there took care of me very well, quick,and very helpful, helped me find the exact size I needed and was very patient with me trying on several shoes. Thanks again

Ordered the new Jordan 1 washed pink as a gift and was told they are in stock at this location. Showed up and they had cancelled my order. don’t come here they back door shoes and favor others.

If you want your kid to buy new shoes here YOU CANT! I TRYED asking a employee if they had kids shoes for my 8 year old he said 'No' I was mad! We were in legacy anyway. And looking for my sons new shoes! Everything else great.

Shoe conditions of some dunks here were horrible. Literally went three four pairs of shoes with the associate and they either had dents, glue makes or creases. Was told that they only would offer me a 10% discount for the defective shoes and that I had to come in. Won’t be returning to this location, horrible shopping experience

Employees were nice. But the store was kind of empty. Not much in there to even browse at. And one of the Jordan DJ Khalid 5s were missing their inner sole.

Just finished making a return for shoes I bought on SNKRS. The store was busy but the workers were efficient. Very seamless process. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Maybe I'll go back to shop next time.

Stopped into Nike this afternoon to try on some air 1 sneakers. Nobody greeted my husband and I and then when I needed to try on a pair, nobody came around to ask if we needed help. Everyone was chatting behind the desk and minding their own business. There were NO other customers in the store so it's not like it was busy! I'm really disappointed. I ended up trying some of the display shoes since I wasn't getting any help. I will not be buying Nike again.

For being a Nike store closer to us, we were really excited to visit as we were in need of new shoes for my wife.The staff here was unwelcoming and the vibe in the store especially for a slow day just made you want to leave. You felt like you were a bother to the staff while they either stood to the side or behind the counter and we looked along the wall.We were greeted by an employee leaning on a display when we walked in towards the middle of the store. We walked past her without being asking what brought us in. This was the last point we interacted with any of the employees.We looked around for a bit and were still not asked if we needed help. We ended up walking out. There was one other customer in the location and 3 employees from my count so no reason for the poor customer experience other than it didn’t seem like a priority to the staff on site to provide a good experience.We won’t be back but hopefully the team is trained on how to engage and interact with clients in store for the future. There’s more options that are more convenient than parking and walking the shops to make it in to this location to be ignored.

If the experience wasn’t already bad enough because of the smell of a sewage leak inside the store, this had to be the most underwhelming Nike store I’ve visited in the entire country. The selection is lackluster at absolute best, with both the atmosphere and general aesthetic not being in-line with what you typically envision when thinking of the swoosh. Not sure what the goal was for a store placement in one of the best areas of Texas - but it missed.

Not the best experience. Went two different times and they told me different things for exchange process which was frustrating. Employees also laughed at me, which was a bit degrading when trying to get a range of sizes available to buy shoes to donate. Ended up just going to Dallas location to buy them instead.

I was trying to make a return, i did not know all the rules, the guy in front was not even smiling and he had a very rude tone telling me he cannot do anything about it and it will only cover manufacturer’s defect, they didn’t ask me why, and i felt embarrassed i just left, not all customers know all the fine print, at least explain it properly and dont be dismissive, i know i might missed a detail on the return but hey thats just not nice, after i left this person even might talked about it to his co associate, not nice. I felt i even disturbed this person as if it wasnt their job, you all nice when we all buying and paying but the attitude is different for returning. Bad taste, i even felt you all were nice in this store.
