Hours: Nonpareil is a school and workplace for adults with autism, described as having an amazing campus and a wholesome energy and environment. The staff are devoted to the students' excellence and are exceptional at their jobs, creating a very supportive community. Instructors are really helpful and want to see students learn and improve. Each student has an advisor they can reach out to, and staff provide dedicated help, such as resume and job application advice, which can lead to employment. Students engage in various art, digital art, and tech classes, learning several marketable skills like scripting, Photoshop, and 3D modeling. The program has changed drastically over the years. It is recommended as a place to study, though it is noted that cost can be spendy, but not as bad as some college tuition. The program does not have a degree program, so joining requires consideration of what one wants to achieve, whether to graduate or just move on. The impact on adults with autism is amazing, changing the trajectory of their lives. For those on the spectrum thinking about joining, the experience is worth it and they won't regret it.
