The people working are so rude, specifically the women, & even more specifically the Indian women. They have attitudes for no reason. Horrible customer service & she just threw my new pairs of shoes in a bag scratching each other! Bc she threw them in a bag! Way to be rude & a horrible person.

Omg I had the worst experience ever. KUMEI L took the task to check every single clearance items in my cart, not sure if it was because I am Hispanic. She didn't check the client's in front or after us. I really felt DESCRIMINATED by this brand NORDSTROM RACK. May be they are coaching this type of behavior. First time it happened but I will keep on happening. So sad NORDSTROM have employees like this and let them keep this culture.

Have always loved this location and their great merch and customer service but have now noticed they have all but eliminated normal size carts that allow a toddler /small kid to sit - this literally makes it sometimes impossible (or at least a huge pain ) to shop here anymore for a lot of parents (especially ones with multiple young kids).Please consider a lot of little kids look forward to and anticipate getting to ride in a cart - it leaves the mom (or dad) left to push around the now tiny carts or baskets with their merch and try to keep their tiny kids from wandering off and not getting out of sight amongst all the tall racks. Please fix!

I'm sure this it's illegal what they're doing, selling refurbished items without disclosing it in their website. I bought an item on their website and received it from this store, I paid for a NEW item and they sent a refurbished one. They don't offer any compensation for the inconvenience and they want ME to waist my time and take it to a FedEx office (non close to where I live) to ship the item back. Never buying with them ever

Extremely disappointed about the customer service . I agree with previous comments. The customer service here is not what it used to be. The cashiers all look extremely bored and in a bad mood and the female manager that works at this location really needs to brush up on her kindness. She is very condescending and I was just baffled at how she was speaking to the customers in line . Go to the other Racks, this one just doesn’t have it together.

Waited for 5 minutes in the order pick up line while the normal check out line piled up. No one spoke to me for those 5 minutes. I was ignored by all of the 5 cashiers standing there. Then a new cashier walked up, restocked bags, and asked for the next customer (at the cashier right next to the order pick up register). As she starts checking out another guest, she asks me if I’ve been helped yet. I say no, no one has helped me, and she said ok you will need to get in this line (the line that is now 10 people deep). I told her no way and walked out. I’ve already been standing there, waiting my turn, and now you want me to get behind other guests that got in line after me? BTW, my order is already paid for and all it takes to pick it up is to scan a barcode on my phone. It should have taken 30 seconds. Terrible customer service and I will never order another order for pick up at this store again. I needed to pick up a gift I ordered and now the recipient won’t receive the gift on his birthday because of this. Why have a separate order pick up line if you aren’t going to honor it?

This store is not what it used to be. I had a cashier who was dismissive and annoyed to be serving me. She also had on AirPods and was clearly watching a show on her iPhone at the register.
