I went to this location today with my infant daughter who is breastfed. She became fussy and needed to nurse. I already had a cart full of stuff, and walked over to the dressing rooms to ask if I could use one to nurse my baby. There wasn’t many people in the store, but the associate said no and said “there’s a bathroom in the back the store” so I figured there must be a chair or something in the bathroom… nope just a toilet. She suggested I sit in a very dirty bathroom, on a nasty toilet to feed my daughter. Sickening. Do better.

I did not like the styles of the clothing offered here. The styles remind me of clothes Mormons would wear. Moreover, the store was unkempt with various clothes scattered on the floor. Employees didn't smile or seem very nice.

The employees sit around talking amongst each other while they have a long line. They have terrible customer service, disgusting attitudes, lie on customers, and speak without knowing what they’re talking about from the cashiers to the manager. This is the worst in-store experience I’ve ever had with Old Navy & I will stick to ordering online.

I just tried to have them price adjust 2 items, which this exact location at done 2 days ago for me. The store clerk was extremely nice and trying to help me along with another guest, but she needed the manager to approve the adjustment so she calls him and goes back to helping the other guest. He walks up and I state “I am just needing a price adjustment” and he replies “Okay let me help her first.” She then tells him the I am the one she called about. I again state I’m wanting a price adjustment for 2 items and he replies “We don’t do online price adjustments.” I replied “I just did it 2 days ago on a couple other items.” He cuts me off to say “well if that’s the 15th street store that’s them but we don’t price match.” He was incredibly rude and dismissive.

the store is good and all but the manager Devon is very rude and unprofessional. I went to go ask a question and he gave me so much attitude and was very rude about it. People can talk to him nice but he will still be rude for no reason. He needs to be fired immediately.

I BOTHERED a sales associate by asking her to help me find a sweatshirt that is on a mannequin in the store. I helped her learn what her job is by asking her to see if that have at another store or something , anything, to help me buy their product.But no they don't have it. They only have the on one the mannequin that that won't sell.Ridicutards, with attitude!

This is the dirtiest most disgusting old navy ive ever been in. It got better a few months but I just went in and it’s SO DIRTY and trash and clothing is all over the floor. The fitting rooms are super dirty and let’s not talk about the rest room. How are they even open?!

GM is rude at least I hope she was the GM and not just saying she was. I witnessed her talking down to the young lady in the fitting room. When I told her it was not only unprofessional but just demeaning to talk to anyone one like that bit more so in front of customers I put my things back and left. Such an off putting situation. Do better
