Rotten meat, high prices no customer service
Meat was shipped to the wrong address, sat outside for 2 days even though I have emails showing it supposed to shipped to my 92 yr old mother in Kansas City. I complained they said it was my fault I complained again they didn’t bother to call me back, never again!!!

I tried contacting them about missing product, i got absolutely nothing back besides them trying to send ups back to get it all. Also worst tasting burgers I have ever had. I have yet to try anything else since I tried the burgers. My kids even refused to eat the rest of theirs. Customer service sucks, how can u ignore your customers

Trash!!!! Stop buying this for your loved ones. Every year the in-laws get this for me. And every year multiple items mostly the steaks have vacuum seal leaks. Every time I get with customer service im told that a replacement will be sent on my next order. I don’t order from them because I’ve never been impressed with their food. Save you money go else where.

I called the phone number on an ad in newspaper insert and the customer sevice experience was excellent and the follow up info to track the shipment was outstanding. I just have to hope now that my friend enjoys the gift.

The steaks are fair at best but now the text are non stop and ANNOYING!! I have unsubscribed 3 times over the last 2 weeks and I get the note it may take 10 days which is unacceptable but that’s not even true. It’s been over 2 weeks and I’m still getting 2 to 3 text a day. If the steaks were any good it might not be an issue but they’re not and I will NEVER waste money on them again.

Bought Philly steaks 2 boxes on 12/7/23 opened it 12/14/23 and the meat was brown. Spoke to store rep in Plano and she tells me that that the Normal color. I’m from Philly and used to order their Philly steak and it was fresh and red. These people are charging high prices for brown meat. Customer rep chooses to do nothing to rectify the situation. Personally I’m addressing this issue with their corporate office regarding this and the Plano store location services.SO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION!!

We had some steaks gifted to us and we were looking forward to it. The filet steak was not a filet. Toughest steak we have ever eaten. Don’t buy.

5 oz tenderloin steaks are more like 3 oz and tasteless. I'm very disappointed with the lack of quality of everything in the entire order. It's been a few years since ordering from them. This is not what I expected from them.

Our order was delivered today to the wrong house. I called them to let them know of the problem (fortunately I have an honest neighbor) and Omaha Steaks had ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE, ATTITUDE. Sorry I called them- NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!
