Car starter was dead and wouldn't jump start. Omar was super friendly and helped tow car to a repair shop. Definitely recommend Omar to anyone looking for help!

AAA sent Omar to tow us on a weekday, 7pm. The driver would not stop talking on his phone in Arabic and he would not get out of his truck to talk to us. He did get out to take photos and wave at our car, saying it was 'too low' with a wave of his hand. We had advised AAA what type of vehicle we were in. He then drove away and left us stranded in a bad area in the dark. We have been towed several times before, with no issues. Sadly this is the closest AAA tow company to that location. Our AAA-mandated 2nd Omar tow was also unsuccessful but the driver was much nicer. They advised to use a wheel lift but we had to tell them the car is rwd. The AAA app requests a vehicle type but the tow drivers apparently don't get that info and Omar doesn't carry all equipment.

Omar is absolutely 100/10 professional. We were in a super horrid situation after getting our car key stolen and then on top, having a locksmith scam us out of 600 bucks. The cars anti theft had engaged making the car unable to move. Omar said challenge accepted after we had called 15 tow company’s in the area with no one wanting to even come look at where the car was.Omar came out, examined the car and said he had a plan and we can do this. We got the car towed and everything was amazing. Such peace of mind after a horrid ordeal and he did not scam us or gauge us. His price was extremely fair.I will never not use his services and will only be recommending Omar Towing!!!!!

AAA called dispatched this provider to tow my vehicle and they didn't show for 2 hours after multiple calls from AAA they wouldn't answer. So had to have ticket reworked and wait on the side of the road for another provider.

My car decided to die in a not so great part of town. After a couple of frustrating hours of back & forth with AAA, I decided to arrange to 40 mile tow myself. After calling several 24/7 companies & getting outrageous quotes for next day service, I decided to refresh my Google search & Omar's popped up. The call was answered almost immediately & not only did he say YES but his pricing was reasonable. He was even cool w giving me a ride back to my side of town. The ride was pleasant & comfortable. He was very personable & it felt like riding w an old friend. Hopefully, I don't need him again but I 10/10 recommend.

I was previously told by other tow truck drivers that they could not move my vehicle. After a quick explanation to Ash of Omar Towing, he showed up on time & was gracious enough to give me a ride to and from the location of my disabled vehicle. He towed my car with absolutely no problem and even sent me pictures when the car was dropped off. 10/10!! Definitely recommend!Service: Car towing

My car water pump gave out and I needed to take my car to the dealership to repair. I called Omar towing, they were able to answer all my questions and to be able to meet me to town my car in 30 minutes . He is very nice person and professional, other towing where charging a lot more money . he is very reasonable and will do future business with him and recommend to family friends.
