Many of these good reviews are from tenants currently living at their property. Let me tell y’all, when you move out that 4 star review will quickly turn to a 1! RUN AND DON’T LOOK BACK! They really do not appreciate a good tenant. I would give a negative if it were possible. We left the property in perfect condition, better than the horror show we received it in (infested with flees, no mailbox, overgrown yard, no working AC or heat, garbage in garage and all over yard, side walks hidden by overgrown weeds and mud that attracted swarms of flies, nails in the driveway, I could go on). We remedied most if not all these issues with our own funds and again returned this property in more than an acceptable condition. Yet they want to keep our security deposit charging over $2,000 to paint the house! Absolutely ridiculous!! We were a two person household no kids just us. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the paint. We have videos of the house before we moved in and when we left, walls look exactly the same? It is not our fault that the foundation is trash and is causing cracks in the walls which may require paint! Do not do business with Leah and Michael Slaughter or OmniKey, they are not honest people. I have been corresponding for months and everyone gives us the runaround and has not helped with this issue. It’s no wonder they lost their Better Business Bureau accreditation!

I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Do NOT rent through these people, not ever. Live in your car if you have to. Constant "walk through, sometime between 8:00 AM and 6: PM", kills an entire day. If you work for a living like I do, you can lose a days pay because of these people and many times they don't even show up. To them, all that matters is the money... NOT you.

This is the worst place you could actually rent from. I was in a very bad relationship and needed to move in a day early and I had to call 15 times and I gave the girl the front $100 to change my date of move when they were able to do it, but lied to me initially and said they weren’t. When I moved into my house, it was covered with mice. There was squirrels in the attic, which I told them and they told me that company would contact me to come out, which never did. my disposal and all my showers were stopped up I had to call every day for a month at a time. I had to return payment because daycare accidentally drafted my payment twice and I made the payment without being late. Nobody at this office, notified me that I wouldn’t be able to pay on the portal so when I try to pay on the first, of course it doesn’t let me. They told me to use pay code and go somewhere. I went six different places, and this has taken me two days to find a place that would take Rent as high as mine was. I’ve never used this before nor was I told certain places had limits. I called 15 times and nobody answered the phone, which is pretty typical from what I’m seeing. Do not rent from this place at this place is terrible. And I’m gonna keep posting because the customer service and terrible way you treat people is not Ok. I’m a single mom of 3 and had to submit PTO to drive around and pay the rent. I’m voice texting so ignore the grammar but BEWARE.

Good afternoon, nice to meet you.
Since August 10, 2024, I have made a request for the second time through the page, where I am having problems with a water bottle from the dishwasher, every day and at least 3 times a day, I have water on the floor, which poses a risk to my 2-year-old son. Because he is always slipping, I must be cleaning contaminated and smelly water.
The first technician who came did not last even 5 minutes and closed the request that everything was fine. Nobody answers the requests, nobody cares about the smallest problems.
I would appreciate it if you contact me immediately. The house is 3985 Vista Mar - Euless

These people are money hungry. They are taking good people and trying to drag them through the mud with their outrageous deposits and on top of that, outrageous cleaning and painting fees that were not even included on the lease agreement. Please if you enjoy your money you work hard for, do not do business with this company.

When nobody would give us another chance at a rental property, this company did , Leah the owner was very understanding and made it possible for us, David was our guy and he made the application process easy ,our family is grateful and we ended up feeling good about ourselves, we opened a business and our children are happy , they are also helping us build our credit by reporting as we pay the rent is paid on time , we are going on 5 months into our lease in my personal experience they have taken care of our concerns in a timely manner and with a very professional attitude, so I definitely recommend this company for anyone who seriously needs another opportunity at housing , thank you !!

First, I was placed in a unit above pot smokers who complained about my kids being too loud above them. I think they've been evicted by now, but not before I had to move on my own and pay movers to move to a downstairs unit. There is still pot smell. I can't use my Central air. They charged me postage for an "eviction letter" because I didn't pay my rent by 5pm on the third day, even tho up till that day they removed the pay link for me. The last straw is they entered my apartment when I was not home with no warning. Regardless of whether or not that is allowed in the lease, it's disrespectful. I have told them I'm home enough that they don't need to enter when I'm not home. I came home at dinner time that day.

I've been using OmniKey property management services since 2021 and I have to say that every single time I give them a call no one ever answers the phone. I have left voicemails, sent emails, and submitted requests in the portal AND not an ounce of customer service. They are always away from the office or maybe they just have a huge turnover all of the time. As a family owned company that they are they don't demonstrate any type of care for their current clients!!!! This makes me want to consider finding another property management company.

Terrible, I do not recommend it, very bad, they do not have good service, they left me on the street with practically no place to live and they only clean their hands by returning your money. I do not recommend it at all, very bad service.

Don't Do It.....words of advice. They DO NOT appreciate honest tenants. They are not forthcoming. I would give a negative if that were possible. Keeping funds when return of security deposit is due back. Bogus claims! Kept a HUGE portion of my security deposit ..wrongly. I have two Handymen that were with me and can attest to the condition of the home. I left it in better condition than I met it. Unbelievable, just wrong on every level. I will be following up. Charging me for things that were there upon move- in. They don't respond to correspondences. My advice....RUN!! Dishonesty seems to be the policy. Please save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT LEASE with Omnikey Realty.
Update: It is now 9/16/24. I am STILL waiting for a response and the remainder of my security deposit to rightfully be returned to me. Please do your research and DO NOT engage with this management company...Dishonest!
If something changes, I will update.

This has to be one of the worst rental companies I have ever worked with. I have rented for 10 years and have never had a bad experience until I came across a property managed by this company.
After moving out, I was sent a 4000 dollar bill because the house interior needed to be painted apparently. The walls were the same color white as when I moved in. I feel I am being charged because someone doesn’t want to pay for a color change. This was after trying to raise the rent by 100 dollars 9 months later in an area where the property values went down.
Currently this is entering legal action territory with the amount of underhanded tactics that I have seen. For anyone that is looking to rent a home, stay away from any property managed here. You will constantly be on the defensive from attempts to get any money possible.
As you can see in the photos, looks like the house should not cost 4000 to paint. I am just going to assume they got me mistaken with someone else.
