I bought an electrical part that didn't work, I changed it for another that didn't work either, I wanted to claim my original part back and they wanted to sell it to me, I lost the day of work, they didn't return the part and in the end they robbed me! Poor refund policies and customer satisfaction

I was at your Richardson Store. I called a young man named Daniel about a concern I had with a rock hitting my windshield. He said “come in and I will show you a kit that we have and help you.” He was so friendly and kind. We drove to the store and he walked me through the steps of what to do then he came out to my car and took a look at the area in question. He said I should worry about those because they were so tiny and hadn’t spidered out like others he showed me near by. I found his his service, friendliness, and honest absolutely amazing and outstanding. I believe he he is the Assistant Manager. Well done Daniel! Thank you. I will be a customer for life after todays experience.
