Please educate your employees on mobile order. Been only to few of your locations in Allen and Plano but the employees at 2205 McDermott Rd, Plano are totally clueless and had problems multiple times there with mobile orders

You might get upset but do your McDonald's employees always work with their head up their butts. Our quarter pounder no cheese came with extra cheese. Our coke came out a diet coke. What is wrong?
