Beyond a horrible experience. They should not be working with supplies needed for a child to survive!

Absolutely horrible company. They will fill supply order. Takes over a week to get anything needed. I have to go and purchase the supplies myself since they can't fulfill their obligation. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable
