I have had my Lexus for a little over a year now and have visited this location about 4 times. Today was the best service I have had. My advisor was Brett and he was hands down the best one I have worked with. He was super attentive and made sure everything was as smooth as possible. You could just tell he was a genuine person. He mentioned that he was new to Lexus, but he definitely is not new to customer service. He even pulled up my car next to the rental so I could transfer my groceries easily. Micheal also helped me with my car, he was exceptional nice and professional. 10/10 recommend.

I recently bought a used car at Park Place Lexus with Michael Snyder as my sales representative. While I consider the car buying experience at a dealership to be one of my least favorite activities, Michael was a pleasant person to work with and the overall experience was not bad at all. Based on my prior research I felt the car I was interested in was priced at a reasonable amount to start off with, so the negotiations were not too intense which helped. There were offers for products to go with the car but there were no high-pressure sales tactics. I was very happy with my car purchasing experience at Park Place Lexus and was glad to work with Michael. Thank you Michael.

We had the pleasure of working with Dean & Melissa. Right from the get go it was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. There was no push but all efforts made to ensure we got the experience to make the right decision for us. The icing on the cake was the proactive way they worked to ensure that we got our car way ahead of the initial committed timelines.Highly recommended

I have had 6 cars since getting my drivers license and not a single one of those experiences was pleasant at all. Austin Parkey was my sales associate who went back and forth with me on my exact wants and needs with a new vehicle. As most people do, they shop the market and look at other deals. I let Austin know another competitor had a car I was interested in, and wanted to see how he could compare. Within less 1 hour I got a text message back letting me know they will beat their competitors deal and I could pick the car up that night. I have never had a dealership show any sign of wanting to make a deal happen like this before. The effort Austin and the sales department made to get me in a Park Place Lexus was absolutely flooring and unlike anything before. Keep in mind l've had some cool cars before, but nothing comes close to this wonderful experience.

He is very personable, professional, friendly, helpful, and we had a wonderful experience at Parkplace Lexus in Plano!We bought an NX 350h Hybrid and we absolutely love our car! Can’t wait to go back in the future so I can purchase my Lexus, This one was for my wife.

I have had the honor of working with Herb, he has helped my family with several cars and this was the first opportunity I had to purchase a car for myself. Herb made this a seamless process. He had multiple cars lined up to view and test drive, listened carefully to my needs and found the perfect fit. A week later I was signing paperwork and driving off the show floor with my new lexus! I have had poor experiences in the past finding a car with other dealerships but i cannot be more impressed with park place lexus. Thank you Herb for providing excellent service and professionalism. Roberto Guzman (Rob) provided the most professional sales experience we could have asked for. He understood our needs for a new vehicle and made sure that all of questions were answered. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and pointed out features that would be especially helpful for our lifestyle. He was able to identify a vehicle that was already on its way to the dealership that matched everything we were wanting and provided timely updates every week. Once the vehicle arrived, he made sure to maximize our time by getting all the paperwork and vehicle appraisal for the trade in set up. We were in and out of the dealership within in record time on pick up day. Since the sale, he has made sure to follow up and make sure that we are satisfied with our purchase. We can't recommend going through the sales experience with Rob enough!!

So been going to Park Place for several years. Jordan Cole Case was my service rep and he was outstanding, however he's no longer with Park Place or in another role.This will be my last visit with Park Place and I will explain below.Scheduled a service appointment for my 2013 LS460 after hearing a rumbling noise under the hood. The on-line scheduling was simple and easy, but at the conclusion of scheduling the appointment, I was prompted by a message "We are in need of cars like your vehicle, answer a few question for an instant appraisal". I answered the questions and received an appraisal of roughly $9,000 for my car in which I promptly declined. Recently was offered $12,000 by CarMax and a local dealer while considering an newer LS model. No harm...No Foul and I appreciated the simplicity in the process.Took my car in for service, met my service rep, received a loaner, and was out the door within minutes. Park Place does an awesome job at receiving your car and getting you settled or off to work.IMPORTANT: That day I received two calls about the $9,000 appraisal of my car and if I wanted to move forward with the sale. Again I promptly declined both offersThe next day I received a text and e-mail with an assessment of my car, and an estimate for the repairs. (see below)Front Control Arms and Bushing Repair $7,000+Replace Engine Mounts $3,600+Sagging Transmission Mount $400+Coolant Plate Leak $4,500+Coolant Fan Motor Replacement $1,300+ (My original issue)4 Wheel Alignment $220+"Transmission Making Rubbing Noise" Replace Transmission $12,600TOTAL = $31,300+ in recommended repairs for a vehicle that has always been, and continues to run in great condition.This was Park Place's attempt to convince me that my car is a piece of junk, and force consideration of their $9,000 offer.I had them replace the coolant fan and my car is back to the reliable Toyota product that it has been.This will be my last time at Park Place as I can not trust an establishment that will use these techniques on a loyal and long-time customer.I get the feeling I'm not the only victim of these tactics.

Best experienceEVER at a car dealership! Jolly was AMAZING! He and my husband worked on surprising me with the car I wanted! Not only did I drive off with my dream car, I left feeling like a queen the way Jolly treated me! Thank you Park Place for having such a wonderful employee! We will definitely be back for another purchase!! Highly recommend Park Place, make sure you ask for Jolly George! It was definitely a Holly Jolly experience!!!! ?

***CUSTOMERS/FUTURE CLIENTS BE AWARE, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP***Extremely bad customer experience for following reasons:1. The dealership uses an extremely shady, dishonest body shop (BodyWerks Plano, located off Commerce and Plano Pkwy), where the shop staff asked my family member to "pre-pay" the work that needed to be done, instead of billing the insurance company when the repair was finished.2. Due to a long, extensive wait period to repair the hail damage to the vehicle, my family member use his insurance rental allowance initially. What made it absolutely disgusting was the dealership absolutely refused to provide a loaner/courtesy when my family member ran out of rental allowance from the insurance, the dealership said "We will expedite your repair". During the process, the dealership NEVER offer a loaner, not even remotely mentioning it.Due to the reasons mentioned above, current/future buyers be aware of this dealership and Park Place Brand (Asbury Automotive Group as the parent company), they DID NOT care about the customer(s) after the vehicle was sold.Leaving this review and will also report both the dealership and the body shop to BBB.

Very unhappy with my experience with Antonio as well as Bryan Black. Brought my car in to have checked out. It was never fully explained to me what was determined via the diagnostic. To clean to Axel mating/wheel hub Park Place was going to charge $900 - took to Discount directly after and they said they could do that for $20 but advised I saw my mechanic because it was a bigger issue. To give you price comparison... Lexus was going to charge me $900 vs $20 to provide generalized cleaning? To completely change axel at mechanic with new part is going to be $1100.I asked to speak with the service manager: Bryan Black who was incredibly rude and condescending.Antonio was not easily accessible by phone/text throughout the day. I just received a link to itemized issues with my car. When I told him Antonio I was unhappy with customer service it was a long list of excuses and that his shift ended at 5pm. I let him know I was heading that way at 4:30. Park Place was my first place to go but I will not return due to customer service and experience I had was both immensely stressful and frustrating!- Elisabeth Anger

Next time I will post the name of the salesman to stay away from....BUT, after 90 days we still do not have a second key for our Lexus SUV a $60000. vehicle.Excuse after excuse after excuse! If you buy, and I do not recommend that, get ALL of what you are supposed to have before you sign any legal documents.I'll post the name of the sorry salesman later....STAY AWAY FROM SCOTT GILLETT AT ALL COSTS!!
