I recently purchased a vehicle from Passport Motors and had a truly great experience. My salesperson, Rosie, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, ensuring I was exactly where I wanted to be financially. Another salesperson, Alexandra, was also very helpful throughout the process. Even after the purchase, when a computer issue arose, they handled it with care, taking it to Audi to be taken care of right away. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and highly recommend them!

This was the worst business experience I have ever dealt with. I was trying to purchase a vehicle coming from out of town and after setting up my plane ticket, had to call them 3 more times to finally get someone telling me the vehicle just received a deposit which I tried to do from the time their doors opened on the same day. Horrible experience.

Awful place to buy a car. These sales people have absolutely zero integrity. I was working with Rosy I was trying to put a deposit down for a car I even payed a guy to go do an inspection on the car I was ready to buy. However she stopped responding for the entire day then texts me later the next day that she had sold the car right after my inspection while she wasn’t responding. She was also just incredibly rude throughout the process. I ended up buying from AUTOS OF DALLAS and it was an amazing experience they have better deals on a larger selection of cars and way more experienced sales people. Definitely would recommend AVOID this place.

I recently purchased an Audi A4 for my son from Passport Motors and had a great experience from start to finish. We bought the car without seeing it in person, and the dealership was extremely cooperative throughout the process. They welcomed a third-party inspection, helped arrange transport to PA at a reasonable cost, handled all of the paperwork, and delivered the title within the 30 days they promised.
A big part of why this went so smoothly was Aleksandra. She was outstanding to work with – from sending detailed videos of the car, to answering multiple questions quickly, to organizing each step of the transaction with care and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend working with her if you are considering purchasing a vehicle from Passport Motors.

They dont show you the damages and scratches. Purchase only in person as i went there after confirming there are no issues but atleast 5 to 6 i found and they didn’t mention not a single thing any where online or during contact.

Great place! I found what I wanted online and they had it for a good price. I booked a meeting to check it out. It was easy going and simple for application. It is a small spot, with limited parking, and 1 entrance.

I brought my Mercedes Benz here for an oil change and they were fast! I appreciate the care they took with my car and how quick they finished. I purchased my 2022 Range Rover sport autobiography from the team at Passport Motors and have the best experience imaginable. Aleksandra responded to my inquiry very quickly, set up a convenient time for me to come in and see the vehicle and drive it. I can’t convey enough how good the quality of the vehicles are at the store. Once I decided to purchase, they put me in touch with one of their banks and also sold me in a very exceptional vehicle service contract that covers my vehicle from head to toe. Since I purchased the vehicle, I’ve also had to have some claim work done on it and the service team has been amazing with communication and working with the warranty company to get all the repairs necessary approved. Vehicle was in great condition. I’ve never been more satisfied with a vehicle purchase before.

They have taken care of my 2013 BMW since it came off warranty. They can do any repairs. They remove and repair engines and transmissions. Body and paint work is a specialty. The service manager looks like Brad Pitt. Well two out of three ain’t bad.
