Terrible terrible and more terrrible!! They have a great lack of caring and honesty!! They boarded black lab for my daughter during their spring break vacation and when my son-in-law went to pick him up on their return (1 week later), they never gave him a bath and he had a terrible infection on his neck. This infection cost them a vet to their vet and in excess of $600. This terrible boarding place refused to acknowledge the problem and just "walked away", even after hearing directly from the vet! Stay away from Pet Paradise Premier if you live and cherish your pet!!

They always take great care of my dog here. She comes home smelling great, looking healthy, and a little worn out so it seems like she's getting her exercise in!

Love the staff great placeWe started bringing our two dogs this summer. Was one for the best thing we didThey love it and I feel great that they are getting good careWe decided to take a week out of townSo we dropped them off and I felt very comfy with them there I could see them on camera if I want but more importantly they called me to let me know one had a touch of a bug we discussed giving the a probioticSuch good care with love as well

We took our fur baby to Pet Paradise for the first time and were very pleased with how they cared for our dog. He received a lot of love and affection, just what he was used to getting at home. The grooming was very well done as well. Overall, we had a great first experience. Our guy will be a frequent visitor for day care and boarding ☺️

Booked an appointment on line for grooming and got a confirmation and a reminder email. Got there and we were told the "software" they use overbooks and they couldn't groom our dog today. We don't live close by, 12 miles away, and ended up wasting an hour of our day. Sounds like poor management if they know it does that and they don't correct it. Simply checking the bookings and notifying customers would do.

Terrible service! Instead of communicating what needs to be done they wait to last minute. They over book and when you come in they give you excuses on why they can't groom my dog. Even giving them the paperwork for the vaccinations she still said my dog wasn't vaccinated. It always happens when I bring him here. How is it that I've brought my dog 5 times here and they still have no records of his vaccines. Smh definitely not the place to take your dogs.. very unprofessional and un trained on their job.

Pet paradise always takes amazing care of my pup! They go above and beyond and always check in on her even after her visit! Lady loves going to pet paradise and always has the best time!

Amazing customer service, answered every question I had in great detail, advised me on proper package to get. Reassured me that they would take care of my little ones needs. Loved having cameras that I could see my little one interacting with other dogs. Was super impressed with how quick messes were cleaned and sanitized.

The business owners seemed to reply to my previous review, and they said they would escalate to "upper management", but I never got a message or any follow up. I'm only updating this because my dog has a BALD SPOT on her elbows STILL because she was sleeping in her urine that entire night and it was so itchy that she bit it until she was bleeding. Again, PLEASE do not trust this company for the well being of your dog. We now use Rover where our dog is so much happier and is actually loved and at the bare minimum cared for. Pet smart is better than this.

We use the Pet Paradise in Cedar Park, but we're in Plano for a family emergency. I booked the reservation online, but I had accidentally allowed our dog's vaccines to expire, and they wouldn't let her in (understandably so). They gave me a recommendation for a local vet that does walk-ins. I got her vaccinated and brought her back same day and they took her in with no problem. They updated my records and they were great with our nervous pup. Great facilities and wonderful front desk staff!!

We had several great experiences, and one that was not so great. After talking to management (who is familiar with our cat), we learned a few things that contributed to the "not so great." New staff needed more training on communicating and an aggressive cat that didn't cause physical harm to any other cats, but definitely ruined the vibe. The management responded well to our concerns.

All of the staff are so caring and enthusiastic about taking care of our dogs. I appreciate that I am able to trust leaving my babies with them knowing that they are safe and will be taken care of as if they were home with me. Thank you to all of the staff at Pet Paradise Plano Premier for all that you do to create a safe and loving environment for our dogs.

I chose this place specifically because there are always attendees when the dogs are in group play. My dog is 4lbs so I’m always worried her getting hurt by bigger dogs or escaping through the fence. I have peace of mind knowing someone is always with them and anytime I watch the cameras, they break up rowdy behavior fairly quickly. The only thing I wish is that they would allow a tour of the actual kennels. They always get genuinely excited when I drop her off and seem to really like her and treat her well. ❤️

We used to like the service and quality of care our dogs received at the Premier location. But our last visit was a huge disappointment.We had special food for one of our dogs, but when we picked her up, most of her food was left. She wound up with stomach issues and had to be seen by the vet after they fed her some unknown food, which cost us plenty.And we watched on the web cam as the attendant picked her and shook her hard before putting her in timeout.Called, but the manager never got back with me.Haven't been back since.
