The mice in this petco have a race problem and here is why. I was looking at the mice and observing how cute they were, and i noticed that all of the “colored” rats were in one house and all of the white mice were out and about. The colored mice would try and leave their home and every time they tried all the white mice would chase them and bite then back into their home. My heart broke seeing this and thought that other people would like to know that the mice at this location are racist.

Never take your dogs to this horrible place, they are supposed to be dogs and not children and those who work there know that they are going to deal with puppies and that haircuts often make them nervous, because they didn't finish giving my dog the cut. cut because they say he bit and they left him horrible, plus I think they mistreated him because he spent several days without eating food and was very sad…. And of course they charged. If you can't deal with dogs, don't work in those places. I will never return

This is the worst location I’ve visited. Customer service skills suck. No need to purchase thru the app because you still have to go in store and pick the item off the shelf yourself.

Cheyenne is a godsend angel who helped me today with shopping for my kitty. Little baby is on a hunger strike for a while and whatever I purchased online didn’t work. Cheyenne helped me to find the right product for her today and after I got home she loved the food at last. Cheyenne was also highly informative about all cat products. She patiently answered all of my questions and directed me through the store. She listened to all of my concerns and had great advices on how to deal with different situations. My kitty is my first and only pet and the information I could find online was not helping at all. Her vet has limited time to help me with caring for her in each appointment and I don’t want to be a burden on their schedule either. Cheyenne has helped me more than all four vet clinics that we have been to in the past year. It’s always good to talk to another cat lover who cares for her cat as much as I do. Today I finally had a relief watching my kitty licking her plate clean. I hope she likes all the products that I picked up for her. Or at least some of it. The store location is not actually close to my house and there are more accessible branches nearby but I will definitely go back to the same location next time because it was worth the drive. The store is carrying all the products that I could find online and even more. The variety of products was extremely beyond my expectations. It is conveniently located in a business center with lots of free parking spaces. It has everything you might need for your fur babies.
At the end I should also say it feels good to be grateful if someone is helping you positively. Giving back good vibes will send back positivity to your life from the universe. If you have a complaint instead of posting it online right away why don’t you talk to the staff first to come to a conclusion. This way instead of ruining a business you will educate them to better themselves and we will enjoy the services they offer to the community at a higher level as well.

I really want to like this store. It is close to my house and the inside is beautiful. Pet food and supplies are expensive everywhere, but it does seem like they are a little more costly here. Also, why would Petco choose to save money by purchasing a sign that does not light up at night? If this location fails, I have no doubt that sign will play a small role. People didn’t even know this store is there. They can’t see it and it isn’t easy to find at night.
All that wouldn’t stop me from shopping here, but the customer service will.
I have shopped at this location maybe 15-20 times, and it usually feels like I’m a bit of an inconvenience to the employees when I am checking out. I can’t remember many smiles or being asked if I was able to find what I needed. But an even bigger disappointment is the staff’s inability to pull an online order before I arrive. I have ordered six or seven hours ahead of time and it was still not ready when I arrived. I have come to expect this, so I arrive early enough to give them time to pull the order while I wait. I don’t know why it is a problem. However, they don’t apologize and simply ask me to wait.
Sometimes, the order I pay for is not the order I receive. I understand it is possible that the online database isn’t accurate and the store is actually out of stock. However, I can’t help but wonder if maybe the products I paid for were actually on the shelf at the time. Since my order isn’t pulled until I arrive, how do I know customers haven’t bought the products I’ve already paid for throughout the day? I have even walked out the door, only to find they failed to tell me my order was incomplete. Why would they do that? I was there as they pulled it. Unfortunately, it feels like I get as little communication as possible from the employees I have encountered. It is disappointing.
Improve in this area and I will shop there more often. And at the very least, purchase some exterior lights and point them at your dark storefront sign.

Dry cat food full of LARVAE. When called the lady who answered did not ask for the batch number or offer any help other than saying I could trade at any store. Absolutely disgusting.

A girl working at the cash register was either PMSing or too lazy to work because the way she treated me cannot be tolerated for someone who serves the public. I will never set foot in that store again.

Incredibly rude person at the grooming department. We were 3 minutes late and were denied service(appointment was at 4:15pm and we got there at 4:16 by the time we made it to the counter it was 4:18. I can understand being denied service for being late but the lady was rude . We were greeted by being asked “do you call?” No hello, no nothing. There’s no need to be rude when trying to get a message across.

The manager, Alex, went above and beyond helping to load my rewards so I could use them today. I was having problems with my phone so she offered to call customer service to work it out. She was so friendly & provided amazing customer service!
