Ceasar Velasco - car shifts perfectly smooth and drives good. Wait was about a month since they were busy but it was worth it. Liz has really great customer service and always answered me and always kept me updated. gave me a little discount too for paying in cash. Awesome communication and service! Super honest! I went to dealership and they quoted $3200 took to Plano T and they were honest and it didn't need everything the dealership said and it only cost $250! And my truck runs perfectly! Win!!

The customer service was thru the roof for this place! From the lady who answers your calls to the gentleman who looks at your vehicle. They were so helpful with fitting me in. Explained everything about the car to me and didn't try to take advantage of me not knowing anything about cars. I highly recommend this place and will def be back!!!

2010 Buick Lucerne FIXED. Trans was removed, rebuilt and replaced for about same price as replacing with used trans. Got 1 yr warranty, whereas used only gets about 90 days. Liz was Great. We got everything done over the phone, as far as getting in. She gave us all the info, price and time frame, we needed. She let us know about possible necessary replacement parts before and their added costs if necessary. Liz also told us about leaks on engine components, and they don't do oil pan or valve cover gaskets. Took 1 month, but that was expected. So I got in line and they got her done. My wife enjoys her Buick. Thanks Y'all!!!

worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!
Liz talks a good game and has all the lingo, but it is just a stalling tactic for the job is not done. They were good enough to give me a time window to bring in my truck, so it did not have to wait in the lot waiting for a service slot. They told me bring it in Wed, for repair that week, now it has been 13 days, I am told it could be ready today....

Sent my 2011 manual Ford focus in for flywheel/clutch issues and Liz and the team were able to fix that and more for a competitive price. They did not attempt to overcharge me or push extra services that I do not need. The repair did take a while it only due to them attempting to source a backordered part. Everything came with a warranty by default as well.

Plano Transmission rebuilt my 4l80e in my 2005 Silverado. The truck drives great now - nice firm and smooth shifts, free of leaks, etc. Their customer service is also top notch. I brought my truck in from out of town and they were very accommodating with my schedule, and they were also always very pleasant to communicate with. Accompanied with the fair pricing, I only have great things to say. Other shops and family members only have pleasant things to say as well. Hopefully I will not be needing any transmission work anytime soon, but if I do, I will be coming back for sure.

My 78 Bronco's aged transmission was acting up and I had Jeff drive my 84 pickup as a reference and told him what I wanted.... Jimmy rebuilt the C6 transmission in my 78 Bronco and put in a shift kit and low stall converter and I have to say my Bronco shifts firm just like I wanted it... Dago (?) took really good care of my bronco with the R&R. Liz was really patient and dealt with all the many requests I had! Wonderful job done by the team.... It was worth the wait!!

When someone tells you the reason they can’t get to your vehicle is because: “there’s two cars on the racks and they don’t want to be fixed”, you know that it’s time to take it somewhere else. I took it to the closest transmission shop which was the Aamco literally a couple of blocks south on the west side. They had a quote that day and out the next.

Very honest and knowledgable people. Incredibly service oriented. My question involved a vintage torque converter. While they do not rebuild torque converters, they phoned a national rebuilder and offered to ship my TQ to them.
