I went to this place for a wheel balance. What was supposed to be $60+ turned into over $400+. The mechanic didn't mount my rear wheels on securely and said the axle was bent which would have costed me $1200. After they looked into it more, he realized he didn't mount it properly. I was still charged $300 in labor for his mistake. Add that $300 to the cost of the wheel balance and it ended up being over $400. They charged me for the wheel balance as well as an extra $15+ for wheel weights and tax. I tried to call the manager and had left messages to call me back, but he never did. I tried disputing with my credit card provider, but no luck there. Final resort is to provide a bad review in hopes that others don't fall victim to their bad business practices. After I received the car, the wheels were still over, the car still had vibration. I ended up wasting $400+ and going to another mechanic that ended up actually doing proper work.

Such a good experience! These folks are in the business for last 50 years and it shows in their attitude and performance.
I had a small issue with my tyre and they kept it small and fixed it within no time. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Plano Tire for their RV service; they are the best around. I have been a customer since 2020 when I got my first ClassC RV and had Marty help me with a lot of mods, including airlift shocks, steering stabilizer, batteries, tires, brakes etc. now I have a new class A RV that needed a front end alignment and repaired a leak in the air conditioner. They got it done in two days and I am very happy with their service.

Went to Plano Tire to have a battery replaced in my wife's 2017 Explorer. They are a Interstate Battery Dealer ( I prefer Interstate Batteries) and they had the correct size in stock. They were quick, and efficient getting the battery in the car. Gene, and Doris the owners are very nice to deal with, and have been there since 1973. They will work with you if you have an issue, and can work around your schedule as well. Would highly recommend.

Plano tire company did such a wonderful job fixing my Hummer H2. They figured out all the issues when all the other mechanic shops couldn’t even get a clue and have the most reasonable prices I’ve seen out of all the competition if you have a problem that nobody else can figure out then Plano tire company is the way to go

We were in Dallas for a couple days and badly needed a new set of tires. Marty was great tracking them down and getting us taken care of in one day. This was a really good experience. We got what we needed when we needed it at the price quoted, from some really nice, competent people. Highly recommended! We’ll be back!!
