I came tonight to shop a little bit peacefully and leave peacefully and I was able to.
But however this is my first bad review with this location and I've been shopping here for over 10 years.
The shift manager it was not concentrated and friendly enough when I came in with my book pack.
I'm saying that the real recognize real and the shift manager and another associate when I came to bring my book by the counter for them hold while I go shopping.
I told the shift manager at this location that was working tonight that she was acting weird and she did not apologize she was very shelled and a lack of friendliness.
My point is is that I work for retail store here in Plano and I do know that as best as possible associates need to be from the time that they interact with customers especially customers that are members and been shopping for over 10 years at Plato's closet associates need to be friendly from the beginning to the end only if without any reasonable doubt of a bad customer if with reasonable doubt of a bad and rude customer then be shelled and unfriendly..

Customer service is okay, but could be much better. Staff is constantly on there phone and acting like they don't want to be there. The clothing that they buy in is way out of style or ripped/stained. You can tell the things they sell are extremely worn, however when I brought in brand new with tag items they didn't accept it. The Plato's closet in frisco is much better and has a much better sense of what's in style now. I probably won't be back.

Do not go here! Sold 14 items here for $38 and change. When I got home it was only $27. I should have checked before leaving. But trust when you do wrong you curse yourself.

I came in today and asked about selling clothes, i’ve never done the clothes for cash before so i had a few questions. the girl gave me a dirty look and the worst attitude whenever i asked a question. I looked around the store for a bit and she was talking to the other girl and pointing at me and laughing. I went to check out and was still getting a horrible attitude. I ended up leaving the clothes because i don’t want to shop somewhere where i’m being treated like that and getting laughed at by employees. i think her name was lily, she had a pink name tag. i wont be shopping here in the future

Drop off is easy, but i dropped off 7 bags somehow my stuff were ready in 30 mins and they said it’s worth $0 mind you, a lot of brand names and it looked like they didn’t even open some of my bags. The girls working just seemed they weren’t in the mood for the job and saw couple items and brushed the rest away… not my first time going so i was disappointed this time and not going again…
