I ordered the Westwood Square Arm Sofa expecting the sofa to be as comfortable as the one in the store and to be the color I ordered. The sofa was delivered in Yellow, not the deep Tan as I ordered it. And it’s Rock Hard.
I’ve been waiting for a month for Pottery Barn to take care of my issue. Today I finally received an answer. They are Not standing by their product. The answer they gave me regarding the comfort was to just sit on it. The answer regarding the color was that it was the same color as I ordered. Look at the photos, you be the judge.
I got screwed.
Do Not buy furniture from Pottery Barn or Sutter Street the manufacturer of the sofa based in NC.

So I walk in..nothing but as soon as another couple walks in and gets greeted. I left and won't return. speak, greet all customer regardless of race! Terrible customer service today

Rudest workers. I walked in and didn’t recognize that the people standing at the front were greeters since they were standing there on the phone just talking to one another. While looking around one of them proceeds to yell hello at me multiple times with some attitude. Instantly made me want to leave because of how rude it was. When leaving, neither of the works at the front said thank you for coming in or thank you. They were too busy sitting and talking to one another to realize anything.

STAY AWAY FROM TONY, BETTER STILL STAY AWAY FROM POTTERYBARN ITSELF.READ THE WHOLE REVIEW IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO BUY STUFF FROM HERE.FEEDBACKS LIKE THESE WONT CHANGE ANYTHING AT THIS STORE - SO ITS BEST TO AVOID IT.One of the worst experiences that I have ever had shopping for furniture. Bought 15k worth of stuff and was given absolutely pathetic treatment. The google reviews here are pretty bad, probably I should have avoided it myself in the first place. Here is what happened with me just so that people can avoid getting trapped here.1. This guy called Tony - doesn't know a thing about design and suggestion. And has no idea what customer service is. I have never been able to get him to pick up my call for any issue I had.2. Firstly - I ordered some dining chairs which got automatically cancelled. Tony has no responsibility of letting me know or help me work out some other options. Rudely texts when I reach out to him that he can't do anything.3. Secondly - Tony assured me they can do part shipment if major items arrive at the delivery center. After three months of wait all except one bench were at the delivery center but neither the customer care nor Tony calls up to let me know. I had to chase Tony to get delivery arranged for part shipment - the guy doesn't care to return your call - instead just sends you the screenshot of the tracking update from the website which everyone has access to.4. Then the customer care calls up and says we can't do part shipment since the last piece is expected within 30 days. This is contrary to what was assured at the time of purchase - if the order value is high, they can do part shipment irrespective.Lastly, I had to cancel the bench and get the delivery scheduled for the remaining stuff just because I got sick of following up with such an incompetent sales guy.We used 4 other furniture shops to buy our stuff and not a single one had any issue in fulfilling their order or providing a decent customer service. I will never visit this place again and would strongly advise others not to consider this ever.

Went in today to exchange some pillow covers. The first gentleman sales person was so nice. My sister and I were putting pillows together on one of the couches with the best lighting to figure out which color to exchange. Meru came up to ask and asked us to move because they were about to have an inspection from corporate. Really? We are customers shopping and you have the nerve to ask us to move to another area so they could fluff up the couch again for a corporate visit. She was rude. It took everything I had not to go up to the corp. visitors and vent my frustration. Thanks to Tony who rang us up, I didn't. He ended our experience with a great smile and laughter.

Beautiful displays and lots of inspiration. Half of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Most merch is available immediately. Well worth the drive.

Customer support poor; having to keep a couch I did not order due to oversight on their part with color. I have spent over $5k on couches advise purchasing furniture elsewhere

Giving them 1 star only because the salesperson tried her best to fix the problem. Ordered an outdoor table and chairs around 20th of October. They were delivered about a week later which is the reason we ordered them but they were delivered without the seat cushions . We brought that to the attention of the delivery guy and all he wanted to do was argue that he had delivered plenty of the same chair and they did not come with cushions. We called the salesperson to confirm and she did. She said said she would find out what happened and get back to us. A day or so later the warehouse called and said they would check on it and get back to us in 5-8 days. Never heard back from them. Called salesperson back after about 10 days and she reordered. Now about a month later and still no cushions and no answers as to why. Terrible customer service

The store associate’s attitude, and interaction with the customer/s, was way below the expectations!!! His name is Luis.
He needs the basic 101 customer service training , or retraining, if he never had a proper training when he started as your employee.
