I got to Prestonwood as a student, and like the other comment, a LOT of people just talk about GOC. Gift of Christmas is a ticketed event, in which they invite people to believe in Jesus after the show.
I personally think that this church is ok, with a variety of different ministries to reach and connect. I don’t like how Pastor Graham included politics into his sermons, and i hope he realizes this soon, but overall this church isn’t all bad.
I feel like sometimes people generalize megachurches as rich republican companies, when in reality some people are just looking for a large church community to call home, not with all the politics. I really do hope the pastor stops with all the politics, but other than the pastor, the church isn’t actually pretty good.

We were visiting Dallas and wanted to try a negachurch. Giant churches can tend to get a bad rap. We wanted to decide for ourselves (we went to several on our journey from Canada). This one was very Spirit-led. It was so evident. Far more than we expected. We expected amazing production and professionalism but got so much more.
We were hugely blessed at this church. Treated like royalty when we told them our was our first time. We had front row seats! Pastor Graham came and spoke to us and we didn't even know he was the pastor until he preached. He preached truth unabashedly. You won't get a watered down gospel here. The message was powerful and I couldn't take notes fast enough. Great quote from pastor Jack in the photos.
Worship was quite the production but I don't mean that in a negative way. They are giving their best for God and it was beautiful. Orchestra, huge choir, incredible worship leaders.
After the service we visited the guest center where we were given free passes for lunch (available weekly), a book by Pastor Jack and free kids Bibles for our kids.
The free lunch was fantastic! So much variety. Menu posted. It allows for fellowship. There were hundreds there.
We checked out the gift shop and it was very unique. Not just your typical Christian bookstore wares. A lot of beautiful art especially. We bought an adorable animated kids Bible.
Fantastic experience here in every way. Our kids didn't attend the Sunday school as they wanted to stay with us so I can't speak to that.

It’s quite comical and telling how most of the 5-star reviews are about the Christmas show and not about the actual church and pastor. Do better, y’all.
I have been going to this church, every Sunday and more often than not, I walk out with a heavy heart instead of one filled with inspiration, understanding, and Christ. The reason? Pastor Graham and his incessant need to integrate his political views into his sermons. I couldn’t care less how anyone around me decides to vote - one of many beautiful privileges we have as Americans. However, I come to church to learn about CHRIST and the word of GOD and political views/beliefs should stay out of that. I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. Once again, do better.

This is the best church we have ever been a member of. They have an economy of scale that allows them to host top shelf events, guest speakers and artists. Even though it is huge, it is Friendly - the secret is to attend one of the small group Bible studies (there are dozens). They are dedicated to preaching the Word of God every week (although we moved away from the Dallas area, we still watch their livestream service), serving their community and offering lots of opportunities for fellowship with other believers. The children's and youth department are very active, as is the Sports ministry. They have a huge Hispanic speaking service with its own dynamic pastor. The school is nationally recognized. They have a huge onsite cafe that serves a delicious buffet every Sunday. We cannot say enough good things about Prestonwood. Even if you are just visiting the North Dallas area, it is a must see destination.

This church is incredibly opulent and flashy. Attending the Christmas program felt like going to a play not a church. A church with this much money should use it for our community. There are over 800,000 Dallas residents who struggle with food insecurity and it would be amazing if community centers actually served our community. Jesus would be ashamed of this church and would condemn it. Bring back real Christianity.

God is ashamed to know that y'all are taking advantage of His Word. What happened to the doors being open to the poor and hungry? Disgusting to be tax exempt and still charge people to attend a Godless building.
