Prime Diagnostic is the worst to deal with. They don’t answer their phones for several minutes, made appt on Tue for Thu at 3:00. I called at 3:00 Wed to verify appt. They said they did not have me scheduled. Very poor management, I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND them!!!

Easy to schedule appointment. Staff was super friendly. My MRI was on time. Almost no waiting for my disc. I highly recommend anyone needing a scan to use them.
