Absolutely horrible customer service, they will tell you they will call you back but that sometimes takes up to 5 days, and don’t even get me on the absolute tragedy of the card services they have. Would rate negative stars if I could.

My husband and I recently needed to take care of some business accounts that were at Prosperity Bank. I called a random Prosperity number and happened to get Dylan Chamblee on the phone. We normally visit a different branch - but because of Dylan's kindness over the phone, we drove to this particular branch. We sat with Dylan for almost two hours and he could not have been more helpful. He was kind, funny, so respectful and took care of all of our banking needs! Such a well-mannered young man and the kind of employee that represents your bank very well. I would highly recommend this branch to everyone - and just ask for Dylan!! He is an outstanding young man!

Sometimes you still run across people who go above and beyond when challenges arise. Shahina and Dylan took fantastic care of myself and my wife to fix our problems. We are extremely grateful for the support provided by the entire team! Highly recommend especially this location

If you want the feel of a small town bank in a large city?, this is the place. I think of the show Cheers when I walk into this bank, as they say hello to you by name when you walk in. And the branch manager Shahina is nothing but class as she makes you feel that you are the most importantly client of the bank. And believe me, I’m not. Five stars to this group of individuals.

Absolutely horrible, I am on a different account for privacy purposes but SHAHINA HOODA, the banking center manager for this location was absolutely one of the worst people I’ve ever worked with in my life, she was disrespectful and completely inconsiderate to my thoughts and opinions regarding MY OWN business, she needs to be fired.

Acquisitions killed what was originally a great financial institution. I was a loyal client for over 30 years and have watched as Community Credit Union slowly decayed into tragedy. First they merged into Viewpoint Bank, then taken over by LegacyTexas… and ultimately Prosperity Bank. The customer service had degraded with each acquisition, as well as their product offerings.
They also currently hold onto deposits until after the ‘effective’ date, even if they have received the same direct deposit for years. This works in their favor if they can force your account into a negative balance, if you ever find yourself working paycheck-to-paycheck. Naturally, it’s easy to blame the customer… and they will.
Simply put, find a better bank or better yet… any credit union. Yes, there are a few good representatives and agents that work here, but they alone will not make up for what this bank lacks competitively. Prosperity Bank has no soul and preys on customers at the wrong time. Just look for any bank or credit union that releases your direct deposit upon arrival, and you will already be in better hands.

My mortgage loan process with Prosperity Bank was incredibly frustrating. The lender has been unresponsive despite attempts to communicate via phone and email. Consider going somewhere else for mortgage services.

This is the best bank that I have ever had for years. They are prompt, proficient, and very professional. Yes, their banking culture is not Legacy Bank. It is much better. I will always bank at Prosperity.

For weeks I had been trying to access my Safe Deposit box without any luck. A notice was posted on the outside door that the lobby area was closed. On Monday September 26th, for the 4th time I went to the bank. No notice on the door so I was glad that finally I could access the Safe Deposit box. No luck again, now the notice was posted inside. No date or dates when it will be reopen. Called the Prosperity Bank number several times, but no answer. Called the 800 number and was given wrong information about the bank being open.I do not know what type of a bank is Prosperity, but not bing able to access your Safe Deposit for weeks is unacceptable. I believe that coming to the bank four times leaves a lot to be desired besides losing your trust in such an institution that has such little regard for its customers.For everything possible the bank imposes fees, what fees should we impose for not being able to access our personal belongings. So many trips, so much time wasted.A proper bank that values itself and its customers should have sent notices with the dates regarding closing and opening of the inside lobby at 7400 Preston Rd, Plano, TX 75024.I do not recommend this bank!

Got locked out of truck and running home. Walked in because I knew it was likely they would have a water fountain or bathroom with sink so I could get some water and when I asked if they had a restroom the older bank teller asked rudely if I was a customer. Which I am(I have a business account). But the fact that she was going to turn me away from grabbing some water when I am clearly wearing normal close and sweating profusely and should maybe signal that I am not in a great situation and could use some water, that is a low empathetic woman and should be fired. The first younger girl who Was the person I had originally asked and was standing right next to the older woman simply said, “yes, right over there.”
